Our relationship with our patients is viewed with a deep sense of responsibility. As you come to our Estes Park office and entrust to us your dental care, our first priority is to understand what your dental goals and concerns are. As we strive to meet those needs for your dental health, we also want you to come to know us and our motivations as we provide your dental care.
The first time you see us, whether it be for a comprehensive exam or a focused problem, we will discuss your concerns, immediate needs, and how we can best help you. After your exam, Dr. Rauk will review his findings and consult with you before recommending treatment. You will fully understand the treatment options and financial commitment before services are rendered.
Dr. Rauk designed our dental office so that you and your family can relax and enjoy your visit. You can sit back and enjoy a movie or world travel DVD on one of our chairside monitors during your appointment. We gladly accommodate patients of all ages with one-on-one attention, and our goal is to build lasting relationships with you and your loved ones.
A native of St. Paul, Minnesota, Dr. Rauk graduated from Augsburg College in Minneapolis, Minnesota with a degree focusing on music, psychology and pre-dental studies. He graduated with Honors with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1981. From 1981 through 1989 he was fortunate enough to work in a group practice of several excellent and gifted dentists in Maplewood, Minnesota.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but since I use them to find practices, I feel obligated to share my experience. The doctor and staff at this office are very friendly! However, I went in sure I had a cavity, and the doctor was unable to identify it in my mouth during his exam until I pointed it out. I just didn't feel confident continuing with care or a procedure here after having a visible cavity that went unrecognized. I since went to another practice in Estes that identified one additional dental procedure I needed.

I have not had the best history with dentists. So when I found Dr. Rauk more than three years ago I had minimal expectations. This could not have been more wrong, and I am thankful. He is a patient and gentle dentist. I've seen him now four times. Thank you Dr Rauk and your delightful staff, for your help and patience with me.

I went to see Dr. Rauk for a broken filling when in Estes Park. He was very professional, telling me my options and saying that he would do what I wanted him to do. Ultimately, I would benefit most from a crown on the tooth. I typically get my dental work done in Mexico and have had no problems. I could have had him fill the broken tooth, just to get me home in 3 months.
When he said he could have me in and out, finished crown in 1.5 hours, I decided to take him up on the deal. I got to watch the machine make my crown in 13 minutes. It was pretty cool. Granted, I could have saved quite a bit of money with a filling, I am glad I went this route. Great dentist, I highly recommend him and his office.

I was traveling from NJ to Colorado for continuing education and had an infected root when I arrived. In so much pain, I called Dr. Rauk's office, they saw me that afternoon. He removed the root that was left from a crown that had broken off. It was a challenge and I am so grateful he was available to get it out. He literally saved me from a week of pain and I was able to enjoy my time in Estes Park. Awesomeness thank you Dr. Rauk and his staff is equally as incredible.

Dr. Rauk and his staff provide excellent dental care! They are punctual, professional, and always prioritize the patient. It is very obvious they love people and take pride in meeting all of their dental needs. Dr. Rauk is an expert in his field, and continues to utilize cutting-edge technology in his practice. He shows great kindness and compassion while simultaneously showing skill and understanding. This terrific team makes a dental appointment a wonderful experience.which is an amazing feat.
