5 stars for Dr. Gonzalez and the work he does. A really nice guy and couldnt believe how painless a root canal could be 1 star for getting a debt collection letter for saying I owe them money even though I paid at time of service.

This is the most fraudulent and unprofessional dentist that I have ever encountered in my entire life. I had an appointment booked for my middle child today at 1 PM, when I woke up this morning my new born daughter was very sick and i called the office to let them know that I would not be able to make it because I had to take care of my newborn child who was sick, the receptionist on the line was extremely nasty and stated that unless I cancel 24 hours in advance I had to provide proof that my daughter is sick and i have to show medical records so that they don't charge me a $50 fee for cancellation.

I was unable to take my daughter to the doctor today because her doctors office was closed so I explained to the receptionist that I was currently at Walgreens buying my daughter medicine. I then showed up to the office physically with my sick daughter and my medicine bag and spoke to the dentist and he told me that he needed to see a receipt for that medicine or he would not be able to waive the $50 cancellation fee without a 24 hour notice and in which he stated that "he is trying to run a business" I Don't understand the logic behind this unethical dentist and his mediocre company, had I known that my daughter was going to be sick 24 hours in advance I would have OBVIOUSLY called in advance, or handled my daughters doctor appointment in advance, don you think? when I told this to the dentist he stated that I should've called in as soon as I found out that my daughter was sick, I then explained to him that when I found out she was sick it was 3 in the morning and he replied "you could've left a voicemail", either this dentist is mentally challenged or an unrealistic avaricious monster because it was obvious that nobody would've heard that voicemail until 9 am when the office opened up which is when I called.

Then I was being blamed for an appointment at 12 that cancelled, completely irrelevant to me but apperantly I had something to do with it, yet my appointment was at 1 pm? Hmm. Unless his voicemail has the capability of cancelling appointments his argument makes absolutely no sense and I will make sure that I NEVER bring my daughter back here again, I didn't think it was possible that a person in such a profession can run such a scam of a business, funny I thought reading through these reviews and others how many times he rescheduled patients over and over and over again, yet reschedule him and he will walk out of his office with his condescending attitude like he did today, completely ignore that I'm there with my sick daughter, saying how it's unacceptable!

Yet seen more than 3 reviews of complaint for rescheduling. I guess his time is more important? Btw! Props to the staff! You'd think they'd carry a higher professional stand working for a doctor with such caliber * or so they claim, but have you read their slick comebacks to the bad reviews? Good job! Hope he treats them "as well" as he does his patients! ( the ones he makes money out of).

Dr. Gonzalez has performed two root canals for me over the years. He was able to save one tooth that another dentist said should be pulled. Not only is he extremely competent, he is also professional, polite, and compassionate. I went to Dr. Gonzalez this morning to discuss a broken implant that was poorly done by another oral surgeon; he made me feel confident that he will be able to remove this bad implant and prep me for another, high-quality one. I totally trust my dental care to Dr. Gonzalez!

Dr. Gonzalez is pleasant seems to be very a knowledgeable endodontist. But he has rescheduled my appointment twice. I need four root canals and I came in for a consultation on May 10,2016. I was told that the next opening to get the RC was September 20,2016. WOW 4 months I requested the day off work and then was called on 4 days prior my appointment to tell me that he needed to rescheduled WOW after waiting 4 months taking a day off work!

So I was resheduled for November 18 which is tomorrow and i got a call about 10 am this morning to tell me that he needed to rescheduled me again. WOW now I'm reschedule again for Dec. 12, 2016. This is ridiculous the receptionist had no emotion and was not understand at all how this is such an inconvenience. I also was told that when i finally come in i will only be able to get 1 RC done and then i will be rescheduled again for another this is really holding me up because i also have work that need to be done by my regular dentist but she will not do it until he does these 4 Root Canals. This is so stressful!
