Top notch front desk service, with a wonderful dental hygienist with a great bedside manner. Made for a rather delightful and and uneventful visit!

Dr. Stewart is the best. I can't recommend her and her staff enough. They're very personable and are invested in their patients. I've even referred friends who are nervous about seeing a dentist and they have had a great experience!

I'm very pleased with the treatment and dental work that I have received at East Cobb Family Dentistry. Everyone on the staff has been very nice and accommodating to me. My Dental Hygenist and I have "hit it off", and are very compatible! I actually enjoy going to the dentist, even when it "hurts"! They take good care of me.

My dad has dementia and needed several teeth removed. They were careful to screen him and his health conditions to make sure he would have safe treatment and would be comfortable after the procedure. My dad was very happy with the results and praised the staff over and over for their 'good job' at doing his procedure. Thanks East Cobb!

Grateful for the amazing staff at East Cobb Family Dentistry who quickly responded to a dental emergency I had despite the fact I was not already an established patient! Because of their extended hours, I was able to make an appointment there when other places were closed. And their clean & comfy office is so conveniently located! *Everyone* there is so helpful, friendly, and professional! I am so humbled that they have taken extra care to ensure I am happy with the results of their work even though I was new.

This dentist is so so. When I had my cleaning the Dr was rude and demeaning in the way he spoke. I had a last minute schedule change for the follow-up appointment and they charged 25.00 for a missed appointment. I understand that I made this change, but It doesn't cost the dentist anything for setting an appointment. I was able to make the appointment 15 min later by they would not make that work and could not see me for several hours later. I have waited 10-15 minutes for them before, but I guess their time is more valuable than mine.

East Cobb Family Dentistry is by far the best Dentist office I've ever been to especially as an adult! Kind staff, flexible hours for scheduling and fair billing department!

I had a cleaning appointment at 2pm today. The hygienist finally greeted me at 2:25 and I was told that I had to have a special treatment to my gums. This was decided at 2:45. The hygienist had the gall to tell me I had to come back at 4pm for my cleaning because she had another cleaning appointment at 3pm. I told her to let the 3pm appointment wait like I did and she refused. I walked out. This practice has diminished greatly since Dr Hayden retired.

First visit, so far so good! They are tight group team and your comfort is their first priority. First time I have been asked "So what are you looking for, what is your main goal? " Be there tomorrow at 9am.

This is my first time branching out and finding my own dentist since becoming old enough; and it was honestly a little intimidating with there being so many options. But I quickly found a new place with this dentistry and I couldn't be more thrilled. The staff was so incredibly nice and helpful with answering all my questions and concerns. They were very obviously trying to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with both the experience and pricing. I am looking forward to my returning visits with them for sure

Dr. Stewart, Cathy and everyone at the front office are pleasant, helpful, and most importantly caring. I had a consultation with Dr. Stewart and was very pleased with the plan to go ahead and complete the dental work I needed to have done. Very efficient.

Friendliest staff. Everyone I have encountered has been extremely friendly and accommodating which is rare to find at most doctors offices. I hate dental work of any kind and their patience is very much appreciated.

From the moment I walked in I was warmly greeted by a personable receptionist (today it was Phyllis). Equally as personable was the dental hygienist (today it was Lacy). From reception area to procedure rooms everything was sanitized and extremely clean. I received an absolutely thorough cleaning. Lacy was easy to talk to and gave me a lot of very useful information. Dr. Ousley was also very friendly, personable & extremely knowledgeable.

She performed a thorough & informational examination & was quite receptive to my questions happily answering them all. I highly recommend the doctors and staff at East Cobb Family Dentistry. My family and I are beyond pleased and are patients here for life!

Very bad service, they took an appointment after knowing they can't do anything about it, as they don'thave the speciality. They referred to another dentist and he again said I still have to do a consulting visit. So essentially the constitution of this practice was redundant and wate of time and Money. On top the office is so incapable of handling even simple requests as sending your prescription to pharmacy or medical records electronically.

They sent wrong prescription to pharmacy with wrong dosage information, which we had to call twice to get corrected, and i have to pay twice for the prescription now as the original quantity was insufficient (it was antibiotic course, so I have to complete the the correct doses). Also after 5 calls the office manager just said I cannot simply send the xrays on email or CD or Pen-drive, after having all the permissions in place. She was not even ready to find out how she can do it. Seems she can only print it on plain whitr paper and give. These are xrays not reports

The office is nicely renovated. Dr. Stewart is so sweet and is a top notch dentist! I had Alana as my hygienist today for the first time and she was so kind, thorough, and I felt well taken care of! Highly recommend East Cobb Family Dentistry!

Went to the dentist today and had a great visit. Everyone is so friendly and Dr. Tourial and the dental hygienists are very experienced. It was quick and painless. The place is very inviting and the wait area has new seats which are super nice. I definitely recommend it!

Dr. Wilhoite is the BEST! I've never been a fan of the dentist, but he is so great I don't mind going as much. He comforts and informs you of every thing he is doing so you feel comfortable. Even went as far as to call me the night of the day I got my root canal to check in on me. He's really the best! (I drive an hour just to see him.) I highly recommend if you are in the market for an amazing dentist.
