I have been coming to this practice for 11 years. Terry at the front desk and Kristie (hygienist) have been amazing throughout all these years. They are very friendly and always providing exceptional care. I love their appt reminders and they will reach out if a sooner appt becomes available. Kristie is a great listener and addresses my concerns, she is very thorough and always explains what the plan is for that visit and in the long run. I am very happy with the care I receive at Parmer Oaks Dental, they are like family.

Dr. Whiting and staff have a comfortable and professional office. Kristie was very thorough in my cleaning and x-rays. She made the experience pleasant. Dr. Whiting explained everything in a concise and understandable manner. I have had him work on me before and always felt like he did a great job and took great care to make sure I understood what is going on with my mouth and with the care that he provides.

Dr. Whiting has genuine care for his patients. He spent time explaining and demonstrating to my son how a dental filling is done. He was frequently asking my son about his comfort level throughout the procedure. Dr. Whiting is an awesome dentist, and his staff is exceptional as well. I'd recommend this dental office to anyone, young and old.

I have been going to Dr. Dyson's facility for over 14 years when I moved here from California. His office manager Teri ensures the practice runs efficiently and smoothly and makes me and my family feel welcomed each and every time we go there. All of the staff are very professional, knowledgeable and caring. A personal shout out to my tech Lindsay who always makes the experience of going to the dentist fun.
There are a lot of questions and concerns patients may have regarding the Covid Pandemic and going to the dentist. Running a medical facility, I know first hand what it takes to keep staff and patients safe. With that being said, I was very impressed during my 2 visits this year with the protocols Dr. Dyson and his team have implemented ensuring that I am safe as a patient as well as the safety of his employees.
So if you are reluctant to go to the dentist because of the Covid Pandemic; rest assure you have nothing to worry about at Dr. Dyson's office. So thank you to Dr. Dyson, Mrs Dyson, Teri, Lindsay and all of the techs for what you do for me and my family. Keep up the awesome work; it very much appreciated.

Awesome dentist and awesome staff! My kids and I all see Dr. Dyson and he is very kind and knowledgeable. The location is very convenient right off Parmer. We have never had to wait for our appointments, they are always running on time- this is super important to me! The front office staff are so welcoming and the hygienists are just as sweet. Highly recommend!

In 2004 I came through the doors at PODC.I had the best cleaning I had ever had, and I had been in the dental field since graduating high school. I walked away thinking, "I want to work in this office!". In Sept. 2005 I hired on at Dr. Dyson's office. I love the quality of work Dr. Dyson and our team provides. My whole family comes here! I have really bad dental anxiety as an adult, and both my hygienist Kristie and Dr Dyson have been super sensitive to that fact, and always made me feel much more at ease. Kristie is so sweet, and makes my appointments go smooth regardless of my nerves. I completely trust them with my dental care and wouldn't go to anyone else. Both my husband and I have been going to Parmer Oaks for over 10 years.

I've been with this Dental office since moving to Austin, TX in 2015. I'm always greeted with a smile. Mrs. Terry greets me by name every time and I always feel I'm apart of their family. Dr. Dyson and his team are amazing. They constantly make sure you're comfortable and explain what work was completed that day. I highly recommend this place! I'm not easy to please and they do it every time!
