This dental practice is great! I've been seen at the time of my appointment and everyone has been professional and concerned about comfort. I've been very pleased with the work they have done for me.

I love this office. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My teeth feel fantastic after Mary cleaned them. I like Dr. Gillespie very much. When I had my first visit, a very thorough assessment was done.

Efficient, caring, wonderful experience, as usual. I'm so glad I found Dr. Gillespie and his team. This time, just a cleaning. No bad news - but when there has been a problem with my mouth, it's been handled professionally and with care.

Could not believe how amazing my husbands' dental experience was with this office, from the scheduling of appts, the front desk friendliness, the degree of compassion from all staff that he (and I) had not experienced prior with other dentists' office in my 50 + years with of dental care. Dr. Haldeman took her time, educated him in my complex needs, made no judgements & actually displayed a kind & professional approach.

Everyone seemed genuinely happy & proficient in their area of expertise. They have a state of the art facility performing a wide variety of dental procedures starting with full financial disclosure & a detailed plan with options. We had truly come to the reality that dental experiences were mostly negative & with a cold, uncaring approach. I would give this practice 20+ stars if available.

I was terrified for years of going to a dentist. I'm very grateful for how skillful and charming my dentist was. The most overwhelming part was anticipated somthing bad happening for 25 minutes, then before I knew it I was out the door. Thank yall so much. I never thought I'd fix this in my lifetime. Price was super reasonable considering how expensive being alive it.

I am very happy with the dental care I have received at Gillespie Dental for the last 3 years. I have withheld the 5th star due to the prices they charge. They may be competitive with other private dental practices, but they are still high.

We have been using Dr. Gillespie since we moved here 2 years ago, and have been very pleased. All the staff, from office staff to hygienists to the dentist are professional and friendly. I have had cleanings, one tooth pulled, and just had a crown put on today. I was nervous about going in a medical office with all the coronavirus going around, but they had sanitation protocols in place so I felt pretty comfortable.

I filled out medical forms online, they took my temp in my car, then led me straight back to the examining room rather than waiting in the lobby. They wore masks, shields, and gloves, and even had an extra air filtration system plugged in and running in the room. All my interactions and experiences there have been positive. They seem to have all the latest equipment, from what I can tell. Glad we found this dental practice!

I had my first "COVID" visit and it was seamless. I was able to easily sign the consent form and update my medical history online prior to the visit. The parking lot is now the waiting room, but my arrival text was promptly answered and I waited less than 2 minutes for someone to take my temperature and escort me inside. After washing my hands I was immediately escorted to a treatment room where my services were performed. It was the same prompt courteous service that I have become accustomed to in the practice. Going to this dental practice is like going home. You are greeted like family as soon as you come.in the door. My last dentist had the same feeling. So pleased to find this here. The Doctors, Assistants and reception staff were all extremely warm and friendly. My treatment was done very profesionaly, skilfully and with consideration for my comfort and well-being. I almost enjoyed my visit to the dentist with Doreen and that's a lot to say for a person who generally despises any kind of dental visit. The appointment was on time, pleasant people, and a wonderful professional & yet relaxed dental visit.

Last night, a veneer fell off of one of my front teeth, leaving a horribly ugly tooth. I called Dr. Gillespie's office first thing in the morning, and they squeezed me in ASAP. Within an hour, they were able to clean and re-cement the veneer back on. Whew! I'm really grateful.

I really would like to thank Dr. Timothy and his staff first for there professional service. I'm new in town for work and had a bad toothache, it was bad enough to have to have it removed. And Dr. Tim was very patient and understanding, he and his staff. So if you're new in town or just looking for dentist, I would recommend Gillespie's.

I did my research on dentists in the Asheville area and carefully selected Dr. Gillespie's office based on two friend's recommendations. I was VERY impressed with their service. The waiting room is roomy and comfortable. The staff is warm and welcoming. I love how technologically savvy the practice is from text reminders to email appointment confirmations.

My hygienist was very knowledgable and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Gillespie was friendly and genuinely cared about getting to know me as a new patient. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
