Dr. Steven R Hagerman

Dr Hagerman fixed my teeth and eventually wasn't satisfied with the work he did in my mouth, he pulled all of my bottom teeth except the four front ones and left it that way. He wanted $3,000 down which I didn't have, so he didn't do anymore about it

I have been going to Hagerman Dental since the end of 2011. Dr. Hagerman and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. It's nice knowing that I can go to Dr. Hagerman for any dental problem knowing that he will be able to fix it. I don't want to go to any other dentist.

Very happy to be back for a cleaning after my vaccination and pleased to see all the safety precautions the office has taken to make sure everyone is safe and comfortable. Big thanks to the staff for sticking out the difficult year!

Love Dr. Hagerman and his team. They care about you and do great work! I did not have an issue finding parking in front of the building and the office is small but clean and efficient!

Dr Hagerman has been my dentist for over 10 years now. When you find one you like, you stay with him. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very accommodating. Highly recommend!

The Hagerman dental team are caring and non judgmental. You won't get scolded here, unlike many dental practices. They also do great work.

Dr. Hagerman has been my dentist for over 35 years. He is thorough and honest about the care of my teeth from simple exams to root canals. He also cared for our children's teeth when they were young. His staff is caring and professional. Best of all, Dr. Hagerman has a fun sense of humor that is relaxing and real.

Ongoing nightmare, Per his recommendation I received some services based off what my insurance would cover. He even went so far as to help plan additional services I could receive the following year when my insurance would allow. Pointing out some rules about timelines I didn't know, which at the time felt reassuring. I went in for 3 visits over a month.

At the end of the 2nd visit I went to pay my regular copays but was handed a large bill instead. The receptionist stated they had not checked with my insurance prior to my care, dispite the fact that my services were picked based off what my insurance would cover. She stated an error in coding had been made and my claims were rejected. I asked what could be done, I was told they would try to submit my care under new codes, so that it would be accepted.

And if I got a bill to ignore it. I also asked if my 3rd visit would be covered and she assured me it would. Hagerman insisted that this is a non issue, and I wasn't going to argue when he had a drill in my mouth. However about a week after my 3rd visit I relieved an even larger bill with no ddescriptions what caused the increase. They never answered why this happened, and never helped to resolve the lies I was told by haggerman and his staff.

I only receive bills from their office that state "card" or "service fee". I have yet to get an itemized list of what my insurance rejected. Honestly this place is a nightmare when it comes to administration. Which is unfortunate because Haggerman was a good dentist. I was sad to learn I wasn not the first to experience this issue.

Very friendly staff, great dental work and I appreciated Betty - she made sure I knew about cancellations so I could get in sooner than my original scheduled cleaning - I got in almost two months early because of her. Couldn't recommend a better dental office here in Midway!

Neighborhood dentist! Dr Hagerman can do it all and Marsha is a wonderful hygienist very gentle and they do a great job during Covid making the experience very safe

I've been going to Dr, Hagerman for years now. He and his staff seem to work as one, amazingly in sync with one another and seem to authentically enjoy working with one another. A fun yet very professional environment, offering the best and latest in dental care. Great at explaining procedures and options, not pushy about doing more than you are comfortable with or can afford at the time.

I love the staff and the ideal location and longevity of their staying in our community. Very ideally located. No place is perfect but if it were possible, Hagerman Dental is the place. Give them a try. You won't be sorry you did. You'll keep going back for years like or family has been. Smile!

A hygienist friend of mine who did temp work at various dental offices recommended Dr. Hagerman to us when we moved to Minnesota in 2003. Best recommendation ever! I was by nature fearful of having dental work done, but my experiences with Dr. Hagerman and staff have made it so that I almost enjoy going to the dentist. Seriously, I am in my 50's, and hands down, Hagerman Dental is by far the best dentist office I've ever been to.

I started going to Dr. Hagerman's office when I was in graduate school at the U of M just based on location. They also had their own dental plan that I used when I did not have dental insurance to save money on preventative services. Eight years later and I drive across the metro for appointments because they are just that good! The staff is knowledgable and they use advanced technology to ensure they are taking the best care of your teeth. They known their patients personally and take care of urgent concerns in a timely manner. Highly recommend Dr. Hagerman and all his staff including my hygienist Marica!

From my first visit for an emergency root canal to routine cleanings, they not only do great work but also make sure you feel completely comfortable. And they have an in-house dental insurance plan that is affordable and great!
