We offer preventive Dental Care for all ages with special interest in Reconstructive Dentistry. Our office is comfortable, clean and modern. We also specialize in Sleep Apnea, FastBraces, Dentures, and Emergency Dentistry. A variety of children's videos are available for viewing in the waiting and/or treatment areas. We have the most modern and up-to-date sterilization equipment so there are no concerns about cleanliness. Many people are fearful of coming to the dentist so we have researched and located alternative treatment options for some of the most common things people are fearful of.

Extended, well planned appointments usually mean fewer trips to the office resulting in less time lost from work or school. We are able to accomplish more treatment in less time. It is very important that the patient understand that this time is set aside especially for him/her and that appointments should be made only at times when they can definitely be kept.
The mouth is our means of eating, speaking, and showing emotion. It is also a major factor in our general appearance. In the diseased state it can cause generalized poor health, pain, and infection. Most people want to be comfortable, attractive, able to chew well, and keep their own teeth all of their lives.

Made an appt for a tooth to be pulled. I couldnt afford their $2300 for their dentures, they stopped my appt and didnt even pull the tooth i went in for. Still in major pain and having to look for yet another dentist. Thanks for nothing! Ridiculous i couldnt even get done what I went in for! And they did NOT tell me they would not do anything on the first appt or i would not have scheduled an appt!

My 94 year old mom broke a tooth and developed an abscess. Called all over town for a dentist and received a recommendation from Helena classified. Called and got an appointment for the next day. We arrived for our appointment about 40 minutes early and we were treated with the most courteous. Dr. Melton was so gentle with my mom and explained everything to her. Dr. Melton and his hygienists are wonderful. They take the time to explain things. They listen and are never condescending. My 10 yr old son and I felt comfortable trusting them with our dental health. And Melton Dentistry is one of the few places in Montana that offer the Myobrace. We are lucky to have such a progressive dentist that understands the underlying causes of dental issues and willing help their patients treat the root cause.
