Outstanding care from the entire staff at Barrington Dental! I recently had major cosmetic, and preventative dental work at Barrington Dental that surpassed my best expectations. It is clear to me that the staff and the doctor work like clockwork! The end results from my recent visits are more than I would have ever expected. I was very uncomfortable around any dentists, Doctor Fitton III has changed my fears about seeing a dentist at this point.

Ever procedure was without pain and I am no longer uncomfortable about a dentist visit. Everything procedure was explained in simple terms and I understood every step of the procedure. Thank you Dr Fitton III and your staff for such pleasurable experience! I can once again smile!

I have been coming here for years, and believe it or not it's actually really helped me get over my fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Fitton (IV) is so knowledgeable and it's clear he truly cares about his patients. I drive all the way from north Chicago to come to this practice because of the trust I've put in the team at Barrington dental. Dr. Fitton is professional and won't recommend any treatment that isn't necessary (which has not been my experience at other dentists).

This practice is well run by such a wonderful staff. I also wanted to shout out my favorite dental hygienist, Analyse C. She is top notch and I request her by name every time because of the time and care she takes to make my experience stress- free!

Dr. Fitton (IV) has been my dentist for 7 years, as soon as we moved to Illinois. I feel fortunate to have found him because he provides the finest dental experience I have received. I'm 63 and have lived in 4 states so I have good comps. Dr. has filled cavities; placed crowns; FIXED my bite; and most recently did bonding on my front tooth for small chip and, at the same time, removed evidence that that tooth had moved a tiny bit.

True artistry, no kidding. He moves swiftly with great skill and for the first time in my adult life I have procedures without gas for pain. Not needed. I usually see Michaela every six months and I've so liked getting to know her. She's terrific. The staff is just so nice and competent. I recommend Dr. Fitton to everyone. Linsey Magrath

Dr Fitton, while I see III - I have been treated by IV, both are great. They take pride in their work, and I feel they do a great Job. As for the staff I have never met anyone who wasn't kind and caring. I recommend the office to many people. Thanks, Jim

Before I chose Drs. Russell P. Fitton III and IV, I did extensive research on credentials and was impressed with what I learned. Moreover, the dentist's skills exceeded this reputation. He has an exceptional communication style, taking time to understand my needs and recommends only what is necessary. I came to the practice with extensive dental work and a few issues, and I remain confident my every need will be met in a caring and professional manner.

This Dental practice is phenomenal. The staff as well as the dentists are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I am someone who does not like going to the dentist, but the staff made it comfortable and not stressful. I would highly recommend this practice for whoever may be looking to find a dentist!

I was literally terrified of the dentist. I rarely went to the dentist during my adolescent years and wouldn't have sought out a dentist if it weren't for issues with my teeth. Then, I was referred to Barrington Dental about 8 years ago. I have never had a scary experience here. The staff is phenomenal, I've always been comfortable and felt safe. I no longer fear going to the dentist because I've never felt pain from any of the work I've had done. I will never go anywhere else.

As usual I had a great experience at Fitton Dental. The work performed was excellent and Dr. Fitton always takes the time to answer all my questions. But the real key for me is the staff. They are always welcoming and friendly. Angie is my favorite she is a wonderful person and the Fitton's are fortunate to have such a warm and caring person working with them.

Highly skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, understanding.this father and son team with an amazing staff have developed a long-standing practice in Barrington that will put a smile on even the most reluctant and apprehensive of dental patients. My husband and I have been going here for years and have had many services done from a simple dental cleaning to a complex implant. Regardless of the complexity of the work to be done, we have always felt comfortable and confident knowing we are well taken care of!

Everything is wonderful here! The front desk ladies are so kind and accommodating; they remember each and every patient they have. Every technician and hygienist I have had goes above and beyond to make you comfortable at the dentist. And last but not least, Dr. Fitton III is a wonderful doctor. He's very personable, makes sure you understand your needs, and does everything he can to make you comfortable. Highly recommend.
