I have been a part of the Shafer Orthodontic family since May of 2010. I worked in the dental field for two years prior to joining this amazing team as an orthodontic assistant. Dr. Shafer rescued me from years of botched treatment from previous dentists/orthodontists. From my personal experience I cannot stress enough the value of working with a subject matter expert. He did in 9 months what other invisaline providers could not do in 5 years. I gladly give 5 stars and honestly feel there should be an extended scale to offer 6 stars in cases like this where the service provided was more than just great.

The most amazing orthodontist office I've ever been to. Scratch that best doctor of any kinds office I've been to. Just an amazing, caring staff. They made my daughter feel like a star! They had her name on the welcome board and made sure to call her by name as soon as we walked in the door. Even though we had never been there before. The made sure to talk directly to my daughter and explain everything directly to her, not to me and ignore her because she's a kid like most doctors do. This made her feel more of an adult and like she was part of her of the decision process. Great job guys! Keep it up!

Dr. Shafer and his team were extremely welcoming today at our first consult for our son. He smiled when he had a parking space reserved for his appointment: Julie and Dr Shafer went over in detail our treatment plan so that we could understand different options. Three of our other older children have had treatment with Dr Shafer with excellent results. Connor is excited to get started! Wonderful experience!
