We have had such a wonderful experience at Mitten Kids Dentistry. Everyone is kind and patient. Our son is always excited to go to the dentist!

They are so friendly and explain everything so well! My son is a little over a year old and does not like people touching his mouth. They worked so well with him and he only got a little fussy once. I look forward to taking my son there in the future.

I had the most horrible experience with my first and only child from the family health center in Kalamazoo michigan, my son lost his teeth an now has a gap. This place was quick with seeing him, put all my fears to rest about him having surgery and all of the staff were extremely nice and reassuring I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to take their children I'm beyond grateful with the help we received the dentist here are beyond great and very nice Montoyya sims

My son is only 22 months old, so I had no idea how he would do at the dentist for the first time. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so welcoming and the space is SO cute, kid friendly, and inviting! My son was over the moon! He loved every minute there and had zero "scary dentist" vibes! He keeps asking to go back!

Amazing place! Super gentle and kind. Our young daughter had an easy time having dental work done for the first time with their team. Front office staff is wonderful! We made a scheduling error and their staff worked hard to accommodate us last minute. Highly recommend!

We love Mitten Kids Dentistry! My son has gone here since before he turned one and now he's four. He loves going to the dentist because they make it so fun and comfortable for him. I would recommend Mitten Kids Dentistry to any family looking for high quality care for their kids.

Awesome dental care for kids! The hygienist was patient kind and very knowledgeable! The dentist was thorough and very informative on pediatric dentistry. The lobby was kid friendly and they even have a welcome board with your child's name on it!

My newborn needed to be evaluated for a possible lip and tongue tie and I was very happy with how quickly I was able to get him in. The scheduling staff and front desk staff were helpful and welcoming. Dr. Kingma took the time to explain what he was looking at and how it impacted my child. He gave me all the information and allowed me plenty of time to ask questions and process it. The office itself was clean and very nice. I wish it was closer to my home because I'd love to switch my kids to this office.

I took my son to Mitten Kids Dentistry for the first time today, and we both loved our visit! He's excited to come back. All the staff are very friendly and polite, it was a judgment free zone. They explained everything clearly to my son and to myself in a way we would both understand. I'm very happy I found this dentistry!

Our visit today was a consultation. What a great first experience! My grandson (6yrs old) said he loved his dentist and wants him to be his dentist from here on out. I was very pleased. All the employees that we came in contact with were kind, sweet and attentive to my grandsons needs which made him feel comfortable. They explained things well. The feeling of the office was serene and calming. We loved the fish tanks!

I take my 4 year old autistic son there and the staff is amazing! They are SO Patient with him and get down on his level to talk to him so he can understand better they let him touch and hold everything so he can get comfortable with it I never feel rushed they always take their time they never push anything they use language he understands he loves that he can watch Netflix well there I will never take my son anywhere else as long as they keep taking his insurance

We went to Mitten Kids for my daughters oral surgery. She is 2.5 years old. The staff were great and took time to answer all of mine and my husband's questions. We were very nervous about her going under general anesthesia and they had the anesthesiologist call us so we could ask questions. Dr Kingma is so nice and so is the assistant that helped with her surgery.

I would highly recommend them. We got 2 other opinions before this but after all three consults we decided on this place even though it was a 6 hour drive for us in the winter. Thank you so much Dr Kingma and to all the staff

We drove 2.5 hours down from Traverse City with our sons, 3 yrs & 2 months, to be evaluated for tongue tie. Dr Brett and Sydney were amazing. Great chair side manner with the kids, explained things well for the adults. It was easy to tell that they know what they are doing and doing it with excellence. Our three year old didn't even realize what happened because he was so distracted by watching a show on the ceiling and excited for his popsicle after the procedure. He even asked to go back and see the dentist again the morning after.

Love all the staff! Always a pleasant experience! My son has Autism and they work so well with him and give him the time he needs and privacy! Everyone is so patient and caring! Definitely recommend especially for special needs kiddos!

I would like to give it 10 stars for the Caledonia location. This place is awesome! The staff knows how to deal with children well. I would like to say thank you to make my 6 yrs son feels comfortable going to dental care. He even said he would like to go back again.

I thought i found a decent place for my 4 year old autistic daughter. However i was VERY wrong. I had a baby and had to reschedule and they decided to put it down as because of the weather and then terminated my daughter's care out from underneath us and wouldn't even see her for a check up after they did oral surgery on her. I was so disappointed with the lack of family care in understanding from these people.

I would definitely not recommend them if you have more than one child and will be having to make different arrangements sometimes because they are definitely not understanding what so ever. I thought for sure that after 1 reschedule there wouldn't be a problem since I couldn't control when I went into labor but clearly that was not the case. I have never spoken to a more rude receptionist about this and would not recommend for your young children.

My son has some sensory issues so the dentist is one of the many places he's not comfortable. This office and this company have been BEYOND wonderful! They're so great with my son and they're great with speaking to us about any and everything. The staff is the nicest staff I've ever met. Thank you so much Mitten Kids dentistry. If Disney had a dental center, this would be it! This office was so thoughtfully done. It is made to make kids feel comfortable. All the staff we encountered were excellent: friendly, professional, and patient. We saw Dr. Kingma for a procedure- he was fantastic! He was so great with our little guy (and us). He was calm and patient and explained everything so well to make sure we were all comfortable. I would highly recommend this office.

Best pediatric dentist office ever! All 3 of my kids love everyone in the office. The doctors and staff are great at connecting and communicating with not just the parents but with the child too. They offered full sedation in office for all of them so we didn't have to go to the children's hospital. The anesthesiologist that come in are amazing also.

My kids (who suffer from anxiety) felt comfortable and listened to durning everything. I have never been happier with a pediatric office. Plus their office is well maintained, super clean and enjoyable to sit in. Huge thanks to Mitten Kids for providing amazing dental care!
