Susie has been in dentistry for over 25 years, starting as a dental assistant in high school. From her beginnings as a dental assistant to her current role of office manager, she ensures that the day-to-day operations of our office run smoothly and that each of our patients have the best dental experience possible.Susie is originally from Columbus, Georgia; she relocated to Texas to become a permanent Dallas resident.

Had an amazing experience at Dr. Mitchell's office. Firstly, the staff were so sweet, kind, and patient with me, answering all of my questions/concerns. I felt valued and cared for as a patient. I've seen so many dentists and specialists over the years with my extensive history of teeth problems, but I can say with confidence that Dr. Mitchell is the best and by far my most favorite! He's smart, experienced, quick, and so friendly. His office staff could not be more wonderful! They are so flexible and understanding when I have to lug all my young kids in tow. We love this place and would highly, highly recommend to anyone!

Great experience. Staff was very professional, friendly, helpful and mae me feel extremely comfortable. Dr. Mitchell explained everything and was totally honest in what he could do and could not. It was a very calming experience as this was my first visit and I have terrible anxiety when it comes to dentists due to past experiences. From the time I walked in, until the time I left the office, it was a great experience. Would highly recommend Dr. Mitchell and his entire office staff.

Being new to Dallas and specially during a pandemic, finding a good dentist was quite the journey. Fortunately for me, I found Dr. Mitchell's office and it was a perfect fit! From the get go, I've had an incredible and excellent experience. From setting up my appointments to in office visits. His staff welcomes you like family and provides complete white glove service from beginning to end.
For example, while getting my cleaning, Mindi noticed I was cold and gave me a blanket, she also made sure I knew exactly what she was going to do and made me feel so comfortable. Everyone is super friendly and they make everything so easy and simple. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Highly recommend
