After not visiting any dentist in almost decade, I was extremely nervous going to an oral surgeon. The star of my visit was Katie! She made me feel soooooo comfortable from the moment I walked into the room until the moment she helped me into my vehicle!

My husband had a very difficult tooth extraction and it was taken care of expertly by the Dr and his staff. We both were treated very well. The staff was very nice and informative. He had been scheduled later in the week but his jaw became swollen and painful. We called the Dr on call and he told us what to do to relieve the pain. We were then scheduled the next day. What a wonderful caring group of dedicated professionals. Thank you Bob and Darlene Willis

I recently got all four of my wisdom teeth removed and I couldn't be happier with the decision I made to choose this office. Despite how nervous I was for the procedure itself, the office was inviting and the staff showed me kindness and professionalism that let me know I was in good hands. The recovery process was fast with very little to no discomfort and minor swelling which allowed me to get back on my feet sooner than I originally expected. Dr. Poupard and his staff were beyond wonderful and did a great job at making the experience as pleasant as possible. I'm extremely satisfied with my time here and would highly recommend it for those who have a wisdom teeth removal in their future!

Everyone was very professional and put my mind at ease for my procedure. Aftercare was explained and given in a written form. They also called me the day after my procedure to see how I was doing.

Was scheduled for 3 teeth to be removed(2 wisdom teeth). I arrived with my driver(she took time off of work and so did my mother in law to watch my kids!) and after attempting EIGHT, yes 8 times to get an IV sent me home saying I was "dehydrated" and to drink up to 4 hours before my appointment. Mind you I had a major surgery in January, with absolutely no problems at all.

So reschedule for April(a month and a half later). I get there, it takes them 3x to get the IV, and add I'm starting to wake up I can hear him ask them to take an xray to make sure they got it all. My driver gets me, we head home. A few days later, I'm in excruciating pain. and I noticed pain in my back of my throat. I had a HUGE white spot the size of a dime, and the area around it bright red!

I can't open my mouth, and can't eat or anything. I call for another appointment and see Dr nicole(can't remember her last name). She was AMAZING and the only reason they get 2 stars. She said after taking another xray I STILL had root in my gums, which my body could dissolve on its own, or if it doesn't, may need to be removed later! Also, she said that the white spot could be a chemical burn from the anesthetic.

I'm over a week post op, still can't eat hardly at all, still in awful pain, and I'm miserable. I thought this would be a routine procedure and a fairly decent recovery and I was so wrong!

Wow! A huge thank you to the entire staff at Midland Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and a special thank you to Dr. Nicole Stehle. This team of caring and highly skilled professionals takes extra steps to make sure your entire experience is a positive one. From education about the procedure, patience and genuine caring they really help you feel at ease.

Our family has had 4 experiences with this establishment and all 4 times have been wonderful experiences. This last time Dr. Nicole Stehle went the extra mile by doing research on a concern I had to make sure that the wisdom teeth removal for my daughter was a positive experience. I am so impressed and touched by that extra dose of love and compassion.

She listened to my concerns and took them seriously. She went out of her way and the results were having a perfectly smooth surgery and recovery. Again, a huge thank you and many blessings to Dr. Nicole Stehle and the entire staff at Midland Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

I'm sure this place is great if you are under general anesthesia. I was very happy at my consultation, the doctor seemed very nice. When I finally came in for my extraction NOT under general anesthesia, because I couldn't afford to pay for that, he tried to stop TWICE to force me to reschedule so I would be knocked out. The reason he stopped? Because he smeared the numbing gel on and immediately gave me the shots, and I tensed up because it HURT!

He knew I was scared to death anyways. Then after numbing me, he started to pull the tooth, but when I said ow because I could feel it and it HURT he tried to stop in the MIDDLE OF MY EXTRACTION to once again try to force me to reschedule to be put under. After the extraction had been started! There were bits of tooth in my mouth! I told him no he had to finish it.

He put some nitrous on me and I squeezed my legs and felt every bit of it! I will NEVER go back there EVER! So, if you are thinking about having anything done there while awake, I strongly discourage you! Look for another place!
