I stopped in to ask about repairs on my denture and they were able to complete the repair while I waited at the office. Very nice of them to do that the same day.

I have been going for my cleanings since I moved to AZ in 2015. Very happy with how they treat you and pleasant. I have recommended your office to several neighbors.

I had an agreement with the dentist that he would replace denture o rings.when needed as part of orginal agreed price. Now when checking out, his office employee said i owe $100. She was rude to me when I told her to look in my file. I told her that she should then bill my insurance. She told me she didnt have time to look it up.

Kevin was awesome. Very nice, took the time to explain everything and informed me of things I never knew about my teeth and bones. I made an appt for 6 months for another cleaning when I only intended to return once a year!

The staff was super sweet and gentle with me. I have a terrible fear of the dentist and they were so comforting and kind about my fear. Can't wait to have them be the ones to help me with all my dental needs.

I love this dental office because of dentist J. Debaker. He is kind, caring, will gently educate you so you want to listen. I did not feel uneasy in there. The staff is all amazing and I felt nothing but good vibes, clean, organized, and CARING. They really do care. I highly recommend. I have finally found my dentist!

They were very friend and very quick able to get to the ROOT of the problem pretty quickly! And offer a great membership that is gonna save me tons of money. Will definitely be coming back here soon

Very clean and up to date equipment and methods. The dental assistant, Kevin, was excellent and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and explained everything as he was doing the procedures. I would highly recommend Sandstrom's Dental for all your dental needs.

I have been horribly embarrassed five or six times by a tooth falling out as I'm having lunch or dinner with friends, this is not natural teeth this is a denture, not cheap by no means. I had this happen again last night I called and got right in this morning, I was the only patient there, I was told to come and pick them up at one I did the office. manager came out into the waiting room with this little cellophane packet with my dentures in it and handed it to me in the waiting room and said have a nice day.

These were supposed to be temporary dentures until the bottom implants was done, the front teeth of these are not centered they are very off, but Dr. Sandstrom Does not remember telling.

This office is Amazing! The front desk staff is so welcoming, sweet and helpful. The hygienist was so detailed and kind. The dentist is Awesome! The office is incredibly clean and you feel so comfortable. I've been needing a new dentist for so long. And finally found my place. I would absolutely recommend them to all of my family, friends and anyone needing an incredible dentist.

Dr. Sandstrom has provided my dental care for several years. His office has always been efficient, professional and caring. I have always had excellent results from the care received and continued to return year-after-year for dental care as needed, with only one small blip on the radar in many, many years. Can't say that for any other medical professional I have used. Great job!

I met Dr. Sandstrom and instantly knew I was in good and competent hands! He's very friendly and makes you feel at ease right away. I know I am getting the best care possible. I don't have insurance, but Rose assured me that wasn't a problem! Everyone there makes you feel so welcome and at home. Also, their equipment is definitely state-of-the-art. Not to mention, they have a denture lab connected to their office! Awesome place and people!

My hygienist was fun and knowledgeable about details concerning my dental health. Dr Sandstrom was extremely personable. My only concern was that my insurance wasn't discussed prior to treatment, as I was unfortunately out of network.

Dr. Sandstrom and his staff are the best! Highly competent and very caring. I never get the feeling they're trying to push a particular procedure on me. I appreciate the fact that they can arrange interest free financing, since I'm having three crowns done.

All staff are nice and explain things well. They work hard to schedule you at convenient times.

I wish I had read these reviews before going to Dr. Sandstorm. He is not someone I'd recommend to work on any member of my family or friends after my experience. He is not truthful about his mistakes. Ex: Fixing the wrong tooth. Went back to have the right tooth fixed and apparently he was preparing to pull a different tooth. Lack of communication with his patients. I won't go back. I will return to my California dentist for any major work. I know what an excellent thorough dentist does.

I chose Sandstorm Dental because of the service I had as a first time customer years ago. They repaired a broken denture and it lasted longer than the original. In fact the repair was still good when the denture wore out. They treat you like a human, not like a number. I go from San Tan Vally to Mesa because they are not as expensive as the local dentists. For what I'm getting done they are half the price for a full set of dentures.

This was my first visit to this office and I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of all the team staff. The office atmosphere is inviting and clean. Dr. Sandstrom was thorough in his assessment and recommendations for future procedures. I appreciate the conversation and options given. No pushy salespeople here. Loved my experience and I'm looking forward to establishing this office as my family dentist.

Dr. Sandstrom is a very compassionate and excellent Dentist. He cares for his patients and takes steps to make you very comfortable when having work on your teeth

Dr. Sandstrom did 3 implants and was going to do a bridge. I kept telling him I felt a bone up in my sinus. He said when bone heals it changes constantly. I thought maybe the temp bridge was digging in my gums, it was infected and took antibiotics, thought that was the problem. Went to the endodontist thinking a nerve or tooth root dying causing pain and stuffiness.

Then he accused me of lying about it when I said I didn't have that bone in there before I had the implant. He said, "well, I don't know, that's what you tell me." Got up and walked out of the room. I decided I wasn't spending another dime on a dentist that calls me a liar. I went to a periodontist. She took an exray and showed me where the implant was placed wrong and what I felt in my nose was the implant.

Now I have to have one redone and maybe the others he did. May not have enough bone after taking out implants. Now dental board, going to small claims. Thankfully I didn't let him put the bridge on. Total would have cost $15,000. This dentist needs his license pulled.

My $3,000 implant screw broke after 5-6 years. Manufacturers guarantee these for ten years to life. Dr. Sandstrom would give me no credit at all and wanted to drill out the old implant and put in a larger one to fill the larger hole. Same six months recovery/healing time and the same $3,000 fee. Seems we don't own our teeth, we just rent them.

I went to a different dentist who drilled around the old implant enough to expose the implant. He then made a Cerac crown and glued it onto the implant. In and out of his office in less than two hours for $2400. Done. No healing time. Just done. Just like my visits to Dr Sandstrom.done.

My mother passed away in May before receiving her dentures from Dr. Sandstrom. I called about a refund on May 15th. I was told a refund would be forthcoming. Since then I have called almost weekly and get nothing but a run around. On October 2nd I talked to the accountant and was under the impression this would be addressed and even received an apology. However, a week later I still have not received the refund check. It should not take 5 months to get this refund! This practice is unacceptable and I would not recommend doing business with them.
