From Our Website

I have lived all my life in the Chicagoland area, from Norridge to Chicago to Cary. I have been practicing in Cary, Illinois since 1989. I wanted to be a dentist since the fourth grade. I even have that school letter, "what I want to be when I grow up" posted in my office! My Bachelor of Science Degree in 1981 from Loyola University of Chicago prepared me for my acceptance and education at Loyola University School of Dentistry where I received my D.D.S. degree in 1988. Thank you for choosing the dental office of Paul A. Palliser, D.D.S., a premier dental practice located in Cary, Illinois.

Dr. Palliser and staff are dedicated to providing you with a pleasant visit and results that you're proud to show off. Our administrative staff is ready to help you with questions about scheduling, financial policy, and insurance to make that part of the process as simple as possible.

When it comes to picking a dentist, we know that you have options. Personalized, gentle, comprehensive patient care is our number one priority. The recurrent phrase we hear from many new patients after their Initial Comprehensive Exam is, Wow! I've never had such a thorough exam before. From the front office to the exam room, our practice is made up of professionals who take your oral health very seriously. Using clinically proven state-of-the art equipment designed with safety and efficiency in mind, we are able to offer top-notch diagnosis and care.

A denture or a complete denture as it is often called, is an appliance that is inserted in the mouth, replaces natural teeth and provides support for the cheeks and lips. The teeth are made of plastic, porcelain or a combination of both. Dentures can be fabricated to fit over endodontically treated teeth and a complete denture can be attached to dental implants to allow for a more secure fit of the appliance. Dentures over a normal course of time will wear and need to be replaced or relined in order to keep the jaw alignment normal.

Using advanced cosmetic dental treatments and materials, your Cary, IL Cosmetic Dentist, Dr. Palliser, can make a real difference. The skill, experience, and commitment of our practice - using a unique combination of science and artistry - can literally redesign your smile. Even a subtle change in your smile helps you to project an image of self-confidence and high personal esteem. When you feel good about yourself, it shows in your appearance.

Oral hygiene is necessary for eliminating bacteria in the mouth. Bacteria builds to form plaque that can harden and lead to long-term ailments such as gingivitis, a mild form of gum disease, and periodontal disease if it is not removed. A good dental care routine and regular check ups will keep your mouth healthy and prevent inflammation, infection, decay, and tooth loss. Dental exams give us the opportunity to evaluate your current methods of dental care and provide suggestions for future care in order to protect you from complications such as cavities, gum disease, grinding complications, oral cancer, and fractures in teeth.

Today's advanced dental treatments and materials can give you a healthier, more complete smile that can last you a lifetime. Your Cary, IL Dentist, Dr. Palliser, can help revitalize and maintain your teeth and gums, giving you the smile you've always wanted.
