I'm someone that has terrible dental anxiety, so I did my research and found Dr. Mitchell. The hype is real, her and her team are the absolute best. All of my usual fears and anxieties around going to the dentist melted away once I stepped into her office. My chair faced the lake, which was calming and beautiful, and the little perks like fizzy water, a blanket, headphones, TV, warm towels, etc. are not just fancy add-ons, but they help soothe sensitive folks like myself when being examined, getting xrays, etc.
I felt so cozy and at home - again, not something I'd ever say about a dentist's office. The staff were kind, funny, and incredibly personal. Everyone took their time, no one shamed or tsk-tsked me for not getting into the dentist sooner. It was good vibes all around. I have to get two cavities filled and I'm somewhat looking forward to it?! That should tell you everything. Dr. Mitchell and her team are the GOAT.

Dr. Mitchell, as well as her professional team, are super fantastic. I mean I have never been more happy with any dentist in my 60 years of life. My highest praise is that they are not judgmental or condescending. I assure you that you should not hesitate to take care of your oral health, no matter your fear.

The Best in Chicago! Have been seeing Dr. Mitchell for 5 years now and can only say wonderful things about her and the practice. She and the whole staff/hygienists are all so welcoming. From start to finish I've always had enjoyed catching up with Dr. Mitchell and her hygienist Rachel that helps with the cleaning. Amazing staff and service all around from this group!

Mitchell Dental Spa is the best dentist in Chicago, and also that I have ever been to in the United States. From the front desk, to the dental hygienists, to Dr. Mitchell herself, everyone is friendly, kind, and helpful. I would recommend this practice 100 times over. Thank you Dr. Mitchell & co. for being so wonderful every time I visit, and for always making sure I feel taken care of!

Today was my 3 month cleaning followup. This was the first time since I can remember that I did not cancel or reschedule an appointment, since before finding Mitchell Dental, that was my typical routine. I actually was looking forward to it. Alex, my hygienist is THE FIRST AND ONLY to not patient SHAME me.telling me how I'm not doing anything right! She is so complimentary to my own care that it's a pleasure finding her and Mitchell Dental. I can't wait for my next cleaning!

Just got back from my first time cleaning at Mitchell Dental Spa.looked at my teeth in the mirror and couldn't believe how white they were.just from a normal cleaning! The hygienist along with Dr. Mitchell were so friendly and I really felt that I wasn't bombarded with "you have to do this and that" messages that you always get at other dentists offices. Beautiful space and wonderful experience. Looking forward to my next f/u cleaning in 3 months.and I've never looked forward to that.
