Lake Orion Family Dentistry, is a very professional establishment and the friendliest staff I have ever been to. They treat patient confidentiality private and personal. No nonsense and they explain to you everything they will be doing. There rates are reasonable and for me it is a definite be back. Enjoy

Love this office! Dr Greenfield is very skilled, attentive, caring and personable. His staff is always efficient, kind and cheerful. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We have had an unusual case, my daughters front tooth was knocked out a couple years ago with a softball, she was 15 at the time. Obviously this took a lot of work and several specialists to work with Dr Greenfield. Today we went to get her appliance so she could eat without taking the retainer out (which is a big deal because when she takes it out she has one front tooth missing) Unfortunately it didn't come in. BUT Shannon made her another retainer and put a tooth in so she could feel comfortable while on Spring Break and eat without her front tooth missing. This is more of a blessing than I could ever explain. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Greenfield and his staff. They are so kind and caring.

My visit was great. The staff is really friendly and efficient. I had a cleaning and it was one of the best experiences they were gentle and it didn't hurt at all. The dentist was really friendly as well and made me feel very comfortable. I usually don't like the dentist but I would highly recommend this office.

Jackie is always cheerful, punctual, professional and gentle. My teeth and mouth always feel so clean when she finishes. The whole staff is so pleasant and the facility is first rate. I highly recommend them.

LOFD has an amazing staff and they always provide the best service. They listen to your concerns and communicate exactly what they are going to do before they do it. They definitely make you feel comfortable and want to make sure you have the best experience possible. I would highly recommend LOFD to anybody looking for dentistry care. They take dentistry serious especially during the pandemic we're currently in.

Covid-safe. Good protocols in place to keep everyone safe! Super friendly staff, very thorough and efficient. This was my first time here as a new patient and I'm very glad I found this practice. It's close to home, which is just an added bonus.

I am a new patient here and my first visit was absolutely so comforting. I had Jackie as my dental hygienist and she was absolutely the sweetest. Brad is also amazing, very professional and kind. I am so happy and look forward to all of my cleanings!

I called as a new patient and I've researched this practice for the last few months on and off and decided I wanted to make the switch. It's January 3rd, I was told I couldn't get in until June. Is this the waitlist for Nobu Malibu? Ha. This was the case when I called last year too. Hire another dentist or expand the hours. A 6 month wait time for a cleaning is outrageous, dentists are plentiful. This is incredibly disappointing. I can't give a fair rating, I can't even get in.

Best dentist ever! Very professional, friendly and genuinely cares about my oral health. From my experiences, they use the most updated technology and procedures to provide dental services I believe are "best in class." The entire staff is outstanding and friendly as well - they make me feel like I'm part of their family, not just a patient. Highly recommend Dr. Greenfield and Lake Orion Family Dentistry!

The staff is amazing, efficient, professional, and know what they're doing. I love the high tech dentistry used. I can get a custom bite guard without biting into a mold and waiting weeks. I should have switch dentists years ago. I am very happy with being a patient here.

My 10 yr old son got his front tooth knocked out and Dr. Greenfield was amazing! Dr Greenfield and his staff did a great job fixing it and we're so good with him making sure he wasn't scared! His new smile is priceless! Thank you so much!

Top notch staff, facility, and service every time for my entire family. Never had a medical/dental experience where I was treated with such care (hand paraffin wax during my treatment-wow!) They use the latest in technology for all procedures, so I always feel they prioritize cutting-edge treatment for patients. Their office is clean and well-kept, which is always impressionable.

The Covid protocols are in place. My hygenist, Lisa, is simply amazing, whose work and personality is the peak of my experience. Dr. Greenfield is just as amazing, both in his demeanor, professionalism and expertise as our dentist. Never thought I would look forward to going to the dentist but this office is second to none. LOFD is always trying to accommodate and during these times, are doing everything possible to makes us feel safe.

I enjoy my experience at Lake Orion Family Dentistry every time I'm there! The tech who cleans my teeth every 6mo is the absolute best! She's so kind and does an awesome job! Dr. Brad is amazing and so kind and makes you feel very comfortable as well. The office is always impeccably clean and inviting. I'd absolutely recommend this office to anyone who is looking.

Excellent experience at this office! Dr. Greenfield did a fantastic job on my crowns! I am so happy with my new smile! The office is ultra clean and modern. The dental assistant is very caring and thoughtful about answering my questions. Dr. Greenfield did very precise work. He was able to make a bite guard in that one visit to protect my teeth from my grinding habit.

I appreciate the fact I don't have to go back for several visits. I'd also like to add that the office was very transparent about costs so there were no surprises. Very caring office staff.

Dr Greenfield and his staff are outstanding. Professional and really knowledgeable. I have very sensitive teeth and they take great care to make each visit a pleasant one. My wait is usually very short and I am always so happy with the results. The office is beautiful and makes you feel very comfortable. It's very clean, which I find very important. There is a nice area for kids to enjoy games and videos while waiting. I recommend this dentist to anybody looking for great dental care.

Old dentist messed up my teeth and gums during a wisdom pull. Didn't go to the dentist for 2 years after. Dr greenfield was the first one I trusted to look at me. After getting me over to his periodontal counterpart and another surgery later my mouth is good again. I love the text and email reminders, they even text back if you are running behind. Never had more than a 5 minute wait time. The whole staff is tight knit, lovely, fun and professional. Many referrals.

Beautiful, state of the art office and equipment with a very friendly but professional staff. I have always received excellent care. I have very sensitive teeth and my hygienist and dentist go out of their way to ensure I have a good experience and experience little to no pain. The front office staff has always been professional. If they have an opening, they have always accommodated a request for a quicker appointment.

I like that my dentist ensures his staff has up to date training to ensure I get the best possible care. It took a long time to find a dentist that I like. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my dental care.

Here is just one example of the office unprofessionalism: I was there for a recent, scheduled appointment (just a cleaning) and was sitting in the reception area just prior. An older gentleman came in and told the front desk that he had an appointment in a couple hours but was out running errands and wanted to see if they could see him right then.

A person at the front desk told the patient no, that there were no current openings and that he'd have to wait until his scheduled time. Then she proceeded to tell him that one of their usual assistants (she used the person's name) was ill and was at the doctor. This alone seemed like a great violation of said assistant's privacy. Then the older man seemed a bit confused and then the front desk person proceeded to say something along the lines of "Oh you know, the fatter one." I was like WOW.

If this is how they talk about each other in front of PATIENTS, how do they act when we're not there? And how do they talk about the patients behind our backs? This is inexcusable behavior to say the least.
