I was very pleased with my first visit to have a cracked filling repaired. Dr. Gina and the whole staff made my visit a very pleasant one. I highly recommend River Forest Dental.

The staff and Dr Gina are very warm and friendly. Dr. Gina is very knowledgeable and thorough. She tells you what you need to know and doesn't leave you feeling worse than you did before the appointment.

At 75 years of age I have finally found a dentist and dental office I love. Dr. John Hartmann is wonderful, patient and explains everything in detail as well as all options available. The office staff is also a delight to deal with. Truly wish I had found them much earlier in my life.

Dr. Gina Piccioni and her staff are great! My first experience and there after appointments have been wonderful. They know how to treat and show sincere interest in the well being of their patients. I highly recommend them if you want a dentist you can trust. You won't be disappointed. I have found my dentist and am very happy.

My family recently starting coming here in July and have been loving every minute since I switched. It was completely different from any other dental visit I've had before. THIS PLACE IS IT! Three new patients on a Saturday all back to back? Things just kept getting better and better. They recommended a certain procedure to prevent cavities for my 7 yo and was able to get it done same day and knew the coverage of my dental plan up front. I really could go on and on about every person I encountered in that office. JUST MAKE THE APPOINTMENT, you wont regret it.

This was the first time I had work done by dr. Hartman. I never felt him giving me the anesthetic. And he had everything done in under a half hour. For a dentist it was a great experience. He walked me through every step of the procedure.

Dr. Gina is phenomenal. Skillfull. Calming. And she's an artist really, when it comes to compositor and tooth fillings. She's great with adults and magical with children. My younger daughter has anxiety with dental issues and Dr. Gina is so calming and gentle with her.

My family has been seeing Dr. Hartmann for many years. I always have had nothing but great experiences at River Forest Dental Studio. IThe entire staff there is very good at what they do, and very personable. Dr. Hartman is very good at pain management, even the initial Novocain injection is easy. I had a filling last night that went very close to the nerve in a hard to reach area, and yet today and I am feeling great. Even my daughter, who now lives downtown for the ladt four years, comes all the way out to River Forest so that she can continue to use their services.

Dr. Gina is a class act, really knows dentistry, and proceeds confidently yet with caution. She is also straightforward, without much sugar-coating, so you know exactly what you're in for - which I really appreciate! I want to know exactly what's going on with my dental health, the procedures I'm going to need, what they're going to be like, and what the dentist sees and determines while doing them.

She also has a great sense of humor! Also, Linda (hygienist who also works in billing) is amazing at working with patients and their insurance. She knows dental insurance inside and out, and is a huge help working to make procedures the most affordable, and time them to work best with Inga insurance plans and restrictions. In addition, Dr. Gina and her staff go out of their way to schedule appointments and quickly deal with emergencies.

I first saw Dr. Gina for an emergency on a holiday weekend where other local dentists were closed - some for the entire long weekend. The office is well-kept, and really quite beautiful. A++ practice that I highly recommend.

Speaking as someone who has residual dentist terror dating back to the 50's, what a pleasant surprise! From the initial reception to everyone I met, I was made to feel welcome and validated. Dr. Gina explained every procedure and my visit was completely trauma free! What a relief! I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a professional, friendly and trauma free experience.

Dr. Gina is great! My whole family goes here. She is careful, kind and meticulous, and was able to fix a tooth that hadn't been successfully fixed by other dentists. One of my kids needed a tooth pulled, and "didn't feel a thing." Hygienists and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I've been seeing Dr. Gina at River Forest for about a year now and have had nothing but positive experiences. I've never been made to wait an excessive amount of time past my appointed time to get in and out of the chair. All of the assistants are very friendly, caring and provide a great personal atmosphere inside the office. It's by far the best dental office I've ever personally had.
