Went in for a mouth guard bc I grind my teeth. Got the mouth guard and it hurt my teeth so bad. Went in to get a couple adjustments and my teeth still hurt. I expressed my frustration on here instead of going back in and Dr. Hein still graciously replied back with a solution. I am currently getting another guard and everyone has been really helpful.

Last weekend I came down with an intense tooth infection. I called Monday and they sqeezed me in first thing. Dr. Hein gave me medicine to help the infection and pain. He gave me clear expectations for what to expect and even called me in the evening to see how I was. I am very appreciative for everything they do.

Dr. Hein and his staff are all great. All of them are super friendly and take time to get to know you. I love how he always takes the time to thoroughly answer any questions or concerns I may have. I went in recently for a crown and he personally contacted me that evening to be sure I was doing ok - amazing. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great dental team.

The level of care at this office is top notch. I highly recommend them! The flexibility and professionalism of Kylie is always refreshing. She is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. She always smiles and has a sincere "glad to see you" demeanor. Meg and Dr. Hein: Thanks for being awesome, caring, super friendly, and patient with me. They explained every step of the treatment process in detail and even provided $ estimates /quotes for expected procedures. Meg took extra steps to make sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I am confident in their knowledge and abilities.

Dr. Hein and staff are professionals. I appreciate that he is up on all current tech available, and employs it. I also appreciate that he engages the patient in every decision, and will answer any question or concern to fully inform you of what your having done, or need to have done. Going to the dentist is never going to make my top 10 list of enjoyable activities, but it makes it a little easier having confidence in your provider's knowledge and abilities.

Dr. Hein is fantastic with his patients. He takes a fresh approach with his patients that is relaxing and puts your mind at ease. You will receive the utmost specialized care from his staff at Springfield Dental Care. I have been a long time client of a previous dentist and was nervous at first to make the change to someone new.this was one of the best decisions I have made with my dental care, as I have been treated like family with the doc and staff alike.
