Does not take insurance! Be prepared to do all the work yourself. I tend to associate "reception" as a kind and welcoming word, well not here. I'm upset with the way I as the person paying is treated. Also very expensive indeed.

The doctor here doesn't care about fixing problems that arise. She will send you home with a broken retainer and tell you "you don't wear it enough" even though you wear it everyday. I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in their service and customer care.

I waited until late in life to straighten my teeth (mid 50s) and they were very knowledgeable about the differing needs between children getting braces vs. adults. My experience was exactly as they described at the outset. They are professional, organized, friendly, appointments start when scheduled (no long waits/waste of time). They accommodated different ways to pay (I chose to pre-pay and got a little discount - don't know if they still offer that but I was happy for that option). Not to speak for someone else, but my dentist is also pleased because straight teeth and a good 'bite' are part of her plan to prevent further 'micro-fractures' in my teeth.
