My husband and I moved to Banner Elk, NC in 2019, and we continue to have our dental work done by Dr. Dickey and his staff even though we are a three hour drive away. As usual, my experience at Dickey Dental was so calm and relaxed. Everyone works so hard to make sure that patient comfort is a priority! Chelsea cleaned my teeth, which are always sensitive at the gum line and yet, no discomfort was experienced at all. Then Dr. Manross checked out a possible problem area with the utmost attention to detail (and again to patient comfort).
She discovered a cavity between two teeth that was so small and in a place that it was almost completely hidden. Way to go, Dr. Manross! I would definitely recommend Dr. Manross, and Chelsea, to anyone seeking a dental team who places the dental health and comfort of the patient above all other considerations!

This office is the best! Not only do they do stellar work but the personalities of the hygienist, front desk staff and the doctors are second to none. Going there makes me smile because I feel valued as a person and even a friend. They know all about me and my family. I love Dickey Dental. And did I mention, the new doc on staff is actually Dr. Dickey's daughter!?!?

Excellent work. Brad Dickey has been my dentist for about thirty years. That should tell you that I have been extremely satisfied with his expertise as well as the friendliness and professionalism shown by the office staff and the hygienists. I recently had treatment by Dr. Sarah, Brad's daughter. She is amazing, just like her dad.

I love Dr. Dickey and all the sweet ladies that work for him. They all make you feel very comfortable. Dr Dickey and his assistants explain all processes to you. I had 5 cavities filled today and they made a very anxious experience for me nothing to worry about and much more calm/comfortable. He also took pictures during the process and showed me everything that was done afterwards.

I have not met a more meticulous doctor in twelve years. I truly appreciated the time he had taken to walk me through the procedure he was performing at that time. Good doctors are hard to find and are commendable. Great doctors perform beyond outstanding and veiw their patients as there first priority. Dr. Dickey is truly an incredible, trust worthy doctor who was referred to me. I was not disappointed in my visit but felt safe with his knowledge, skills and expert service.

I Found Dr. Dickey years ago when I had a bad experience with another Dentist.so based on excellent reviews I chose to try Dickey Dental.that was about 10 years ago and I can Truly say, I now have the best " Dental Care Ever".Pain Free. Excellent Prevental Care.and a Team that makes You feel right at Home. This is now a family Practice as his Daughter is providing her expertise as a caring Doctor too! I Highly recommend Dickey Dental!

This was my 5th visit to this dentist. I asked a friend who's a dental technician to recommend a highly competent dentist for low-pain threshold wimps like me. He immediately said - Dickey Dental! My friend spends his work days in dental offices all around the Charlotte Metro area, and he immediately told me that Dickey is the best. He had his reasons, and I think he was right.
Not only are these people extremely competent; they are also some of the nicest I've ever met in the dental profession. Dr Dickey's assistant today was Kendahl (sp?) - absolutely the most pleasant and delightful individual I can remember meeting in recent history.
