Dr. Heather K Cline

Dr. Cline and her wonderful team of hygienists have taken care of our family's dental health for over 10 years. There have been happy times like when we find out the Tooth Fairy is about to make her first appearance. There have been not great times like when I found out I needed a crown (not the kind I deserve). I have the utmost confidence that we will receive the most excellent and compassionate care.

One of my children has recently developed major anxiety about even brushing his teeth, but he is completely calm in Dr. Cline's chair because of the rapport they have nurtured over the years. They are gentle in cleaning and thorough in their examinations. From Barb's warm greeting when you walk in the door to the excellent care of the dental team, Cline Dental will give you many reasons to smile.

I hate to admit the time between dental visits, but it has been years. I'm terrified of the dentist. I'm an adult and I'm embarrassed to admit this. But, I had to go in because I broke a tooth. I am happy I did, I now can say I have dentist. I am still scared, but the staff there made me feel so welcome. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with friendly happy faces.

The front desk staff noticed my anxiety and offered some water. I noticed how the spoke with their other patients and they were so kind, funny and caring. Also, her office is very clean. They are about providing compassionate care, this is evident throughout the office. Thanks for kindness and understanding ladies! Not looking for to a root canal, but I'm very fortunate to have you taking care of me!

Best dentist I've ever been to! I hate the dentist, I have a phobia actually, but Heather Cline is the most gentle and patient dentist I have ever encountered. Her while team is wonderful! They keep you informed through the whole process and they are so gentle while working in your mouth, even the numbing process was the best I have ever experienced.

Cline dental is the best! I've been a patient there for years, I recently had to move my appointment last minute and so I had a new dental hygienist today and even she was amazing! I have sensitive teeth so I was a bit nervous! I just love them all! Super friendly & professional. The building is always very clean as well

I have been going to Cline Dental since moving to Springfield a few years ago. To say that the staff is incredible is an understatement. Every time I go for a procedure or a cleaning everyone is always so friendly, helpful and compassionate. Dr. Cline and her team are the best! If you are new to the Springfield area or are considering switching your dentist please please consider Cline Dental. You will not be disappointed! The best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient at.

Highly recommend Cline Dental! My family has used them exclusively for more than 15 years. Can always count on them to be professional, honest, thorough, and they treat you like family! Dr Cline has such efficient and caring staff. Scheduling is easy peasy with little to no wait time at appointments. Recently had a couple crowns and am amazed that I had no pain and they are simply perfect. Thank you! (My kids have always loved them too - they have grown up there!)

This place how do say. Completely amazing from start to finish. The office is welcoming an inviting first an the staff are so very nice willing to work with you an in my experience explain down the neatest detail. Cline Dental is an outstanding dental practice. The office is clean and modern. The staff have all been friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating in the past two years I have been going there. I particularly have enjoyed having Caitlin as my dental hygienist. She is very personable and has been helpful in monitoring my oral hygiene and offering suggestions for how to maintain and improve my oral routine.

I received a night guard and the team helped make the device an appropriate fit for me. Cline Dental is hands down my first choice for dental concerns and routine maintenance, and I would not rather go to any other practice in Missouri.

My dear friend Reginna recommended me to go to Cline Dental and I am so thankful that she did. I had my first appointment today and it was so wonderful. I have been known to be a bit apprehensive with my cleanings. I have to say this was by far one of the gentlest visits I have ever had! So thankful this will be my new dentist family.

Visit went really well. The staff was friendly and kind. Crown feels good so far! Less than 2 hours start to finish to get a crown.

Cline Dental has been our family dentist for about 15 years. We have never had a bad experience there. They have a beautiful state-of-the-art office and everybody there is professional and very nice. We rave about them so much that a bunch of our extended family have started going there and are grateful that they did. They do an amazing job taking care of our family's teeth and we will never go any where else.

I got scheduled farely quickly considering the pandemic for a new patient appt. The staff was friendly and made it a warm and inviting atmosphere, I was informed of every step being done, before it was done and given different options for treatment. My follow up appt was also scheduled very easily around my work schedule. I was satisfied with my visit. In case anyone wonders. I do not work for this office nor do I know anyone who does!

I had a crown that has been bothering me since it was placed 10 years ago. I have been through two dentists since then and both said it looked fine. On my first visit, Dr. Cline looked at my xrays and asked me if I had problems with that crown specifically. I was surprised and told her that it hadn't felt right since it was placed. She carefully explained what she was seeing and offered to replace it. I choose to go ahead and I'm amazed with how much better it feels now. The entire staff was compassionate and very thorough. As someone who needed a dentist after not being able to go since I was a child, Cline Dental exceeded all of my expectations. Friendly staff, explained what they were doing in detail, took wonderful care of me. Will be coming back! :

I'm a newer patient at Cline Dental within the last two years, having gone previously to a dental office in my home town for over 50 years until my dentists retired. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Cline & her staff, as they made the transition for me to a new office very comfortable, particularly as this was the early days of Covid & the prospect of dental procedures seemed rather frightening at the time.

The safety precautions used there are by far the best I've encountered in any medical facility I've gone to. I've now had several checkups, repairs to old dental work, & some new crowns & couldn't be happier with my new dental office. Dr. Cline & her staff are professional yet all very personable, & make my comfort a priority when I'm there. I wear Invisalign retainers, and the dental work done thus far has been very precise with no issues later. Five stars all the way for Cline Dental! I'm so glad they were recommended to me.

We absolutely love Cline Dental! Our whole family goes here. You can't ask for better care than what you will receive at this dental office. My toddler recently had her first visit and they all did so well with her showing her the tools they would use and letting her ease into the visit. Now she asks to go to the dentist. I have had several different treatments at Cline Dental. Every appointment I have been met with kind, professional, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I have recently had the opportunity to be treated by Dr. Denney. I was pleasantly surprised. He was gentle and personable! Great addition to Cline Dental. I have head several dentist throughout my lifetime. Once I found Dr. Cline many years ago. I thought she was one of the best dentist I've ever had. Unfortunately my mouth needs a lot of work. But throughout the years Dr Cline and her wonderful staff has always been there for me. They are thorough with explaining what needs to be done. They do excellent work.

She is able to offer many of the treatments at her office They also give you All the options available. The staff has been so kind and knowledgeable. I have recommended Dr. Cline too many of my friends. And I still will keep on recommending her.

Honestly, I chose Cline Dental because of its proximity to my job, and I lucked out. I have always said that if a place you go to for care, (ie dentist, primary care. even auto) doesn't make you feel comfortable and almost like a friend, leave. Melody and Dr. Cline have always been amazing every time I've been there, as well as the rest of the staff. I NEVER dread a dentist appt and am glad I chose Cline!

I am someone that didn't go to the dentist regularly. I had baaaad experiences when I was a child and was very afraid of going to the dentist. But I HAD to go. Due to my phobia of dentists, I was medicated for my first visit. And didn't need medication for the next visits. Everyone one in this practice took my phobia seriously and made me feel at ease.

I go on a regular basis now and LOVE going! Another thing, they tell me exactly what my visit will cost before having anything done. I know how much insurance pays and how much is my responsibility. I've referred several people to this practice and they have been very happy too! Cline Dental has my vote 100%!

Been going here for years. Heather and the entire staff have always been so friendly and accommodating. Most recently we took our 2 year old daughter for her first cleaning. The way they took their time with her was so sweet. We love Cline dental.

They are really friendly here. I've been to different dentists over the years and can recognize a quality run Office. They get you in on time and treat you well. My wife had a bad experience years ago with a dentist who wasn't concerned if you were in pain - she really likes it here as they really care. We have both gotten Invisalign here (starting last tray tomorrow!) and they have been flexible with our schedule. Highly recommend! Dr. Hanson and the staff have been great to us throughout the Invisalign process - truly has your best interest at heart.

Dr. Cline and her husband, Frank Newman, committed numerous acts of malpractice against me resulting in four surgical procedures totaling nearly $10,000 to fix.

I came to Dr. Cline after having a bad experience with another dentist in town. I am a regular dental patient - every 6 months without fail and generally don't have a lot of problems with my teeth. Dr. Cline and her staff are awesome. I feel completely at ease in her office. She was just able to get me in for a broken tooth and I walked out of the office with a new filling.

I never feel like I'm getting unnecessary work and they don't try to "upsell" services I didn't ask about (Invisilign, whitening treatments). For the first time in a long time, I don't dread going to the dentist.
