I had a little bit of a hiccup after scheduling, when I tried to move my appointment to a slightly earlier time. I found Lindsay and Magruder to be incredibly responsive to patient concerns, and that is even before I've walked through the door and met the doctor. I can see why Lindsay and Magruder has 5 stars. They appear to be very deserving of such high ratings, and I'm looking forward to moving forward with services from this office. Based on what they've shown me so far, I believe the quality of services will be top notch.

We are so happy with the service given at Lindsay and Magruder. We were not satisfied with where my daughter got braces and how the orthodontist ran things, so we searched for a new orthodontist for my son. Lindsay and Magruder was HIGHLY recommended, so we gave them a try. We have been so pleased. They are so friendly and I LOVE the environment there.

I have had two girls go through braces at Lindsay & Magruder and could not be happier with their results! They have beautiful smiles. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Drs. Lindsay and Magruder are both outstanding. I had visited a couple of orthodontists for consultations. By far this office was the most genuine and kind. The treatment plan was a collaboration and my daughter and I were treated with respect when we asked questions. Everyone in the office is professional, yet warm. The doctors and assistants are great at what they do and thoroughly explain things to my daughter before they proceed with care. It is a great team and the results speak for themselves. This place was recommended to me by a friend who works in a dental office. I am very glad I went with them. The wait is never long and I can get appointments when I need them. I have completed the braces treatment and still very confident almost a year out. I never felt rushed or like a number to them.

Great experience getting my braces (as an adult) at this all-female office. Even with the pandemic disruptions, they were able to stick to the timeline they laid out on the initial consultation. They also worked with my dentist to properly prepare my teeth for future dental work (veneers).

After Dr. Lindsay provided orthodontic care for both of my daughters, I knew I would also be in good hands with her when I decided it was time to get braces for myself. They are kind and patient and helpful Orthodontics aren't always fun, but they did an excellent job of helping me with my problems in a quick and efficient a way possible, while working with me to minimize the discomfort and helping me understand my options and my role in my own orthodontic care. They all communicate very well and are very caring.

I love knowing my boys are getting the best orthodontic treatment here! The entire office is wonderful from the front desk staff, to the assistants in the back, and of course, the dentists! Lindsay & Magruder Orthodontics is a private practice that allows a more personal quality-over-quantity experience which I value especially when it comes to any kind of treatment involving my kids. I can go on and on about the efforts this office makes that really sets them apart from others but go in for a consult and experience the difference for yourself!
