This post is from Betty McBee. Park Place Dentist is the best. I have been going here for years. The place is always clean, the staff is always friendly. I love Dr. Jamie Korolyov, she is very friendly and helpful. She knew I was in a lot of pain. I needed to see a specialist, she referred me to one and made sure they saw me right away. Thank you. Park Place Dentist do very great work I had a crown put on one of my tooth years back and still no problem.

The hygienist was very professional and attentive. She talked me through the entire visit. The cleaning was very thorough. Dentist is always friendly and professional! Excellent visit!

All of the staff are really nice. I always love seeing Iselle who is one of the dental assistants. Historically, I can feel a bit anxious at the dentist and Dr Jursick is friendly and makes you feel at ease. I just came in to fill in my top front teeth that were chipped. I shared with him the of what I envisioned them to look like and he surprised me with doing exactly that. They look beautiful and I'm really happy. They have a great dental plan that is priced well and really care about their patients.

I am a new patient at Park Place Dental and the experience thus far has been que satisfactory. Iwas able to get a fast appointment for my cleaning. The place is clean and modern. The personnel is friendly, efficient, professional and show interest in customer care. I hope to be a grasiento here for a very long time

Love everything about this office - Drs and staff are amazing! I hate going to the dentist and my teeth are very sensitive. They took excellent care of me. Highly recommend!

Everyone is professional and pleasant. The work is top rate. A special shoutout to the front desk for their excellent work dealing with insurance forms.

In general it was a good experience. They ran a bit late and they made me aware of this. Dental Hygienist was nice but not as forward with information regarding my case as other dental hygienist has done in the past. He forgot to tell the dentist if me wanting to get the cancer screening and instead if calling him back, the hygienist just told me if it was ok to do so in 6 months. Instead of trying to get the dentist back. Hence not 5 stars.

Going to the dentist used to give me high anxiety, but that all went away after my first visit to Park Place Dental. Dr. Mele was quick to put my fears and insecurities to rest. When Dr. Mele announced that she was leaving the practice, I have to admit I was nervous about having a different dentist. But I quickly learned that I had no reason to be nervous. Dr. Korolyov is fantastic!

She is friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. She has given me confidence that I never had before with a smile makeover. For the first time in my life I am not embarrassed to talk, smile and laugh without trying to hide my teeth. Thank you Dr. Korolyov!

I love this practice. I see Dr. Jursic mostly, but Dr. Korilyov is also fantastic. Dr. Jursic did my caps for my front teeth recently. They look so good and natural. He is practically an artist! I couldn't be happier. The hygienists are all good, too. My young kids also go here and actually look forward to seeing the dentist. Can't say enough good things about Park Place Dental. Don't hesitate to go here. Honest, competent and caring.

Just recently had my first filling EVER done at Park Place Dental by Dr. Korolyov and the experience was quick, effective, and painless. Dr. Korolyov, and her dental assistant Angelika, created a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the room. I am 26 years old and sitting in a dentist chair still gives me anxiety! Dr. Korolyov reassured me, and explained the procedure every step of the way. I'm thoroughly pleased with the work done here :

I had a regularly scheduled cleaning appointment on December 10th. I called Park Place Dental on December 4th to say that, during my appointment, I would like to get an impression made so I could have a backup set of temporary dentures made. I left a voice mail - they weren't open on the 4th - and, in the message, I said I would send an email with my request.

I sent the email immediately after hanging up the phone. When I arrived for my appointment on the 10th, not a soul seems to have known about my voicemail and email or, if they did, they didn't enter it into may appointment notes. I didn't get the impression made.

First post early 2020: Friendly, personable, people. Very helpful and informative. They take the time to explain all things well. I don't ever feel rushed so that I hesitate to ask question. Excellent dental practice. Update: Dec. 2021 almost left this practice because of poor incompetent patient service I received a number of times earlier in the year.

Originally front office service was excellent, but serious decline in early 2021. On what I considered my final conversation (late November 2021) I was pleasantly surprised by the superior service and attention I received from Nin, the new front office admin. She saved the client / service relationship and since then both my wife and myself are back as satisfied patients. Dental services have always been excellent. I am very happy the practice has dramatically improved the front line people. Nin seems to be the catalyst of this change. Thank you.

Violet helped me with many questions about my insurance coverage. Dana was my hygienist there and she was very gentle with me. My last 3 hygienists have been awesome at this office. Dr. Karlov is caring and very professional.

I just started visiting Park Place Dental. Dr. K and staff are very nice and accommodating. So far so good.

I will be 53 years old and have been receiving dental cleanings for many years and I can recognize when I come into the dental office and a hygienist is inexperienced or young because they don't do a very thorough job well that's what happened yesterday. She was friendly but when I asked why she wasn't using the water pic she said because I took care of my teeth she only use the scraper so I was very disappointed.

The office should definitely train new hygienist and very young hygienist coming out of school to properly thoroughly clean someone's teeth because there's areas that we can't get to and that's why we go to a dental office IA believe that I didn't get my moneys worth yesterday. Situations like this is what makes someone leave a dental office I have my husband and my two kids going here and it was just disappointing.

I've been coming here for the past two years and this is the first time that this happened at this dental office, I really love my dentist here and don't want to leave because it is so close to where I live. The office needs to really focus on Quality Control and be consistent with level of service when it comes to their hygienist.

I was looking for a new dentist at the beginning of the year. I found Park Place via my dental insurance and I'm so glad I did. The staff are nice, professional, and efficient. Dr. Jursik and the staff take the time to explain the treatment plan. I would recommend their office to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

The dentists, dental assistants and hygienists are all wonderful. I miss Maria and Hailey at the front desk though. They were always so friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door to the time my appointment was over. They always walked me through what I would owe with any new treatment plan and made sure I understood everything.

I I wasn't too thrilled when I left my last appointment. I'd give a five star review if the front desk crew was a little nicer. There were two girls at the front desk, the one that greeted me was wonderful, but the one who made my next appointment and took my payment was not friendly and a little snippy. Even though my appointment was great, that left a bad taste in my mouth when I left. Bring back Maria and Hailey! Please!
