Taken in on time and discussed plan of care with Dr. Eaton. Appreciated that he took into consideration my requests and preferences on how to proceed. All staff professional and able to assress all questions. I am always very pleased with the care I receive at Dr. Eaton's!

Dr. Eaton's office does a great job! The entire staff is proficient and friendly. Convenient location. They also seem to work well with insurance.

First, I must admit that due to bad experiences with dentists growing up has made me terrified of going to the dentist. However, Dr. Eaton and his staff has completely relieved me of my fears! The office itself is beautiful; clean, modern and positioned in a woodsy setting that emits a calming atmosphere. The dentist chair is extremely comfortable with views of trees and birds gathered around a feeder.

All the staff I came in contact with were happy and concerned with my comfort. Most importantly, Dr. Eaton was extremely professional as he explained his plan of action. Dr. Eaton's demeanor is kind and reassuring. All in all, I never experienced any pain and time flew by. I highly recommend Dr. Eaton and his entire staff to anyone needing dental work.

The only thing you could do better is if you severed drinks before treatment/cleaning. This would relax the patient and get them in the mood, so to speak! You could cut down on the pain killers maybe completely. During winter visits, play Hawaiian music, have techs dress in Hawaiian garb and say Mahalo, before and after work done. Also turn the heat way up.

After service they'll be ready to book a flight and depending on the cocktails, they won't care where. Summer, just the reverse of all this. Outside of this gang, do what you are doing, you are excellent!

We relocated to the Petoskey area and we're looking for a new dentist to handle or yearly visits and an emergency and Dr Eaton was recommended. We call his office and they were able to set up my first appointment the next day. I detached a crown while brushing my teeth, so called my regular dentist to make an appointment. He was on vacation, so the receptionist gave me the number to Dr. Eaton's office. I called and was given an appointment early the next day. The staff at Dr. Eaton's office were friendly, professional, and of course extremely helpful. Dr. Easton cleaned and re-attached the crown, and I was on my way in a matter of minutes. The people, the facility, and the service were all spectacular.

Dr. Eaton is fantastic! Had a chip in my tooth and he got me in last minute to fix it before a work event. He and his team are all the absolute best! 5 star service all the way!
