Burns Family Dentistry has been absolutely amazing with myself over the last few visits! Always making sure that I am comfortable and completely aware of what is going to be happening! Good Dentists, BUT TERRIBLE self absorbed office personnel! Too bad The Burns family is likely unaware of that, let alone of how many folks dislike their establishment due to the office staff. I mean they're who you 1st deal with over the phone inorder to schedule, then when you arrive, and again upon leaving, It definitely matters. Unfortunantly Myself and 5 kids will not be returning.

Let me start by saying I love this dentist office & most of the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately I'm giving this 3 stars because of the receptionist, I called today to change an appointment & she was rude & very short with me. I've had this happen in the past with the same receptionist & I let it go but today she was just way too rude for me not to say anything.
I hate giving bad reviews, I hardly ever have anything negative to say but this bothered me. I will continue to come to this dentist office, I just hope that they can fix this problem!

Dr. Burns fit my teenaged daughter in for some cosmetic work that her pediatric dentist couldn't do. After one visit, I think we may be switching the entire family over to Dr. Burns. We both loved him and his staff! His personality was great, his work was amazing and my teen left with a huge smile on her face!

Our grandson became a new patient at this office recently. He had a wonderful experience! He had never been to the dentist before so we weren't sure how he would react. Doctor Burns and the entire Burns Family Dentistry team are always so kind, accommodating and knowledgeable. My dental hygienist has the lightest touch and Doctor Burns is so thorough in his exams. When it comes to an individualized care plan, including whitening gel and electric tooth brushes, the team always has the best advice and access to the best products, right in their office. I couldn't have picked a better dentist which embraces that small town type of service.
