As a multispecialty practice, West 10th Dental Group has a team that's second to none. Most of the major dentistry specialties are represented here, so we never have to refer you out. When needed, you may be able to see your primary dentist and a specialist on the same day. As a family-oriented practice, we also realize that aligning dental appointments for you and your children can be challenging. We attempt to see parents and children during the same visit. We also offer early, late, and Saturday hours to accommodate your busy schedule.
If you have a single missing tooth, or soon will, you have a few options for fixing that flawed smile. Partial dentures and bridges can both put a new tooth in that gap. These may give you the results you're looking for. However, in terms of lasting performance, natural appearance, and maintaining your dental health, dental implants are your best overall option.
When you've lost teeth, you may become self-conscious about eating, speaking, and smiling around others. The good news is that you have several ways you can reclaim a full smile. Many patients find bridges an acceptable option. With bridges you typically lose some enamel from healthy teeth, as the bridges are anchored on the teeth at both sides of a gap.

Wonderful visit from start to finish. DR.Rochman was so sweet and answered all of my questions, the assistant Ashley was kind, made me feel comfortable and did a great job getting me ready for my cleaning. Taylor completed my cleaning. Always clean, always on time meaning they don't let you waiting and pass your appointment time like in other places. Staff is really nice and they really try their best working with children so they cooperate with their treatment. Also an adult is always allowed to go with the child which I like In other places I had to let my children go by them selves, Not good!

Not happy with my experience at all. They had to call my insurance which pushed my wait time 10 min. No problem. Then I waited in the lobby for an additional 45- before eventually waking out. Was not told how long I'd have to wait. Nobody addressed me whatsoever. I waited so long for this appointment but honestly the professionalism wasn't there for me. Won't be returning and my husband who was a client and recommended I try this place won't either.

I have been going to west dental group now for three years, it was rough in the beginning, but now after getting to know all of the wonderful staff that are very caring and kind, plus the dentists. I would recommend family and friends to use them. Thanks for letting me take my time an personal growth to feel comfortable with you.

Staff are really nice and courteous. This was our first visit. I would have rated higher but the fact there is no privacy when discussing the care of your child(ren). That's a problem for me. There needs to be a better way of implementing privacy so it's not discussed out in the open where everybody can hear. Overall, it's a great place and will be returning.

Initially, I was not pleased with the lack of communication. I was not contacted after completing new patient online registration and leaving several messages. I had to keep calling. (Changed job, insurance and I knew a dental hygienist that works here who I can trust, otherwise by Felecia!)! 1 deducted. Once I finally got someone on the phone the process went smoothly and the staff is very friendly.
Be advised that on the 1st visit they only do examination and x-rays and give you a list of recommendations for services. Most insurance companies cover 2 visits yearly and this puts you at 3 if you go for your bi-annual cleaning = More out of pocket expenses. Otherwise, the staff is extremely friendly and make you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office (only if you have the time and patience to keep calling) LOL Giving o

Pediatric side- nurses are friendly and do well with the kiddos. Today was our last time going here. We are constantly over billed at appointments. I then have to call (hoping someone answers or returns the voicemail left) to get a refund for the over charge. It is hit or miss if the phone gets answered. They don't return voicemails until the 2nd or 3rd voicemail and you have stated you have call multiple times with no return call. They don't want to admit their own mistakes. We have had good experiences with them up until the last year. We are finally over them

I'm a new patient and really appreciated W 10th Dental getting me in for an appointment in a timely manner. My previous dentist I had gone to for 10+ years recently lost staff and was down to one hygienist and wanted me to wait 6-months for my bi-annual cleaning. West 10th Dental is a lot bigger and I was so impressed with the professionalism of the staff up front and the dentist. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I felt so comfortable. Looking forward to a long relationship with this dental practice!

Large & clean clinic with friendly staff and a good treatment option for my 2 year old daughter. I appreciate that I am able to go in with my daughter as many other dentists have policies in place which don't allow parents in the back with their children while they are getting treatment. Will be going back.

I was very disappointed not with the dental service or the dentist. But the billing system: 1. I call to schedule an appointment, spoke with a scheduling assistant, ask her if they took my insurance. She advised she would check into it and get back with me. 2. A few weeks later that called me back to schedule the appointment, so I assume everything was okay. 3. Came in the day of my appointment, no problems, exam with x-rays went well End of the appointment the dentist give me a few options and said that would discuss the difference billing options I have when I check out. 4. Will, come to find out they don't accept my insurance. 5.
If I had known that they didn't accept my insurance, I would have canceled my appointment I feel they were wrong because I was miss lead. Believing my insurance would take care of everything Please let me know how you feel about this

My children are new patients at this dental office. They all have had great experiences here thus far. The staff is exceptional and professional. From the time we check in to the time we leave, everyone we encounter is professional and great. I have a 10 yr old son who has a fear of dentist. They have gained his trust and that is important to me. I highly recommend this dental clinic. My children are ages 17, 10, and 4.
