Dr Stenger graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in Chemistry in 1984 and from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in 1988. After completing dental school, Dr Stenger returned to Charlottesville to complete a two-year general practice residency at the University of Virginia Hospitals.
With the executive order now lifted, our opening over the next several weeks will be more like turning a dial than flipping a switch. This Office is the BEST! Dr. R. Gupta, WOW - so skilled, knowledgeable, all around CARING individual - mindful of even seemingly small details, she totally gets it! Ten stars, really. Dental visits are not fun let's face it. I have a set of unusual and difficult teeth that need work. Dr. Gupta, over the years has given me back an awesome painless chewing ability, speech and a great smile - this is why to this day, I will drive from Florida to Virginia for all of my dental concerns! Age 62, last visit: April 22, 2022 - VERY PLEASED : ))

A "retired" hygienist myself, I have always been pleased with this office. I can trust any of the dentists and their work. Everyone is personable, polite, & professional at the same time. They do not rush patients through their appointments and are not greedy for income. Patients & their needs come first. I highly recommend this office & have referred others here for at least 15 years.

I moved to Richmond in July '21 and feel so fortunate to have found this wonderful dental practice. I have seen Dr. Stout (new associate) twice, once for a cleaning and again for a chipped tooth. She is friendly and knowledgeable, explains things well. All the staff are welcoming. I'm in great hands. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Dr. Gupta and the entire team always do a 1st class job. I have been going here for at least 12 years and have seen every Doctor in this practice multiple times. They have never ever let me down and I have had a lot done! I am not a fan of the dentist at all but they put up with me and do it with a great attitude ! Recently was the same way, they helped me out.
Same day on an emergency situation with very minimal pain to no pain afterwards! They are super nice from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave! Another thing I admire about them is they regularly give back to the community! Thanks again to all of the staff!

As always, this is the best dental office in Richmond and all the surrounding area. Dr. Stenger and Tan, dental hygienist, have taken excellent care of me for many years. I am a tonsil cancer survivor. They have always been so helpful and attentive to all the problems surrounding the cancer which has done so much damage to my teeth and mouth. On my last visit Tan solved the problem of excessive thick mucus in my mouth. I will forever be thankful for these two terrific people!
