AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! They are trying to exploit people for money. Aside from us getting there at 9:50 for our 10am appointments at which point the building was still locked and they didn't actually see us for another forty(!) minutes, I have never and I mean NEVER in thirty years gone to a dental check up where they didn't provide cleaning (they apparently want to nickel and dime insurance for a "deep" clean. pretty sure all those are deep cleans). Dentist wore his mask under his nose which made me extremely uncomfortable.

Why bother even wearing it? This place is also disgusting and their equipment looks like it's from the 80s and hasn't been cleaned since then. I am afraid that I have meningitis from setting foot in there. Ridiculous dude trying to inflate cavities for money. Really wish I hadn't come here and wasted my allotted insurance visit. It really blows.

Okay this guy is a serious quack. Went in for a totally normal dental check up and he didn't clean any of my teeth. Claimed he needed insurance approval to do anything. My fiance had the same experience, he told her she needed 10 FILLINGS. What in the actual. I have never experienced a more disgusting waste of time. Also the place is filthy and his mask was below his nose.

Dr. Rafi Davidian and his staff at Downtown Smiles Center in Oxnard are amazing! They are very professional, friendly, honest in what dental work you need done. I would definitely recommend family and friends to see Dr. Rafi Davidian.

I want to share my experience at Dr. Rafi's office I went in with a broken moller and was scared to get the rest taken out I did not feel pain whatsoever a couple of pulls and it popped out. His really caring and I like how he explains every procedure before getting started. The staff very friendly. Missed 4 years of going to dentist due to being scared with Dr. Rafi makes me feel confident know I'm getting lots of work done.

Amazing staff & doctor! Excellent customer service, front desk is always happy and ready to help. Took me in right away had my cleaning and fills done, job well done! Doctor is super nice and fast, and dental assistants are all awesome. Highly recommend.

One of my teeth needed filing and they fixed it right away it took less then five minutes, the staff is great and super friendly, they are very profesional and they will make you feel like family. I had a great experience while I was there I recommend this dentist.

I have all my dental work and Invisalign done at this office. Great service, honest doctor and all employees are very detailed about all work and explainations. So happy! I moved my whole family to this office.
