Have been with DD for almost 8 years now. Top notch dentists, latest equipment and no hassles with insurance till date. Biggest draw is they are upfront and honest about complications and surgeries etc. The same cannot be said for many other dentists that we have encountered in the suburbs and the city

Great location. They're always super fast and everyone there is really nice. They book up fast though so if you need to cancel your appointment be prepared to wait months to be seen.

I've gone to Downtown Dental for over 5 years as they have always done a great job. The staff is friendly and pricing is upfront. They don't try to push unnecessary procedures or add-ons.

Plenty of dentists so it's never hard to get an appointment. All the hygienists are good and offices are clean and modern. Office staff is great, too.

Downtown Dental has been my primary dental care for the last 7 years since I moved to Chicago. They have been excellent and I've honestly never had an issue! Dr. Borga is absolutely amazing - so kind, considerate and helpful with all of my questions! Michael who has done my cleaning is very thorough and explain the importance of practicing great dental hygiene. I'd 100% recommend them to anyone!

Best dentist in the city. The staff is very accomodating, willing to help, and knowledgeable. They are very easy to reach. I'm really thankful for all the help they provide keeping my teeth healthy and I would recommend them to anyone.

My visit was awesome! For the most part every time I visit the dentist I have a panic attack but not today! The staff made me feel safe and they were very patience with me!

Avoid this practice and Brittney Borga, DDS at all costs! Roughly 3 years ago I had a crown put on by Brittney. 12 months went by and the crown came off while eating. She replaced it and now roughly 24 months later the same replacement crown has come out again. From what I see, crowns should last anywhere from 10-15 years and this is my second replacement. In between the crown falling out there was also consistent sensitivity around the gums. This practice needs to contact me immediately.

My husband and I have been coming here for years and we are always satisfied with the care that they provided to us. The dental hygienists here are one of the best in Chicagoland at least in our humble opinion. They're polite, conscientious and very thorough. The dentists are knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. Keep up the good work guys!

Downtown Dental is outstanding! Very high professional standards and the friendliest team! I highly recommend the loop location! Scheduling is easy and timeliness is part of their professional standards. I've never waited past my appointment time!
