Toothaches are one of the worse pains to experience, went in with pain and was taken care of almost immediately. Carla was an exceptional help, did everything she could to get me the help I needed. Dr. Barrett was amazing, very understanding and helpful. Overall a great experience aside from the pain, going back and recommending! Great job, guys!

Quality of work is terrible. I paid over $3k for a root canal and a crown. 1 year ago and it came off barely 1 year later. Instead of offering to fix their sub par work they want to charge you MORE on top of their excessive prices. My original root canal took 4 hours and was terribly uncomfortable. They don't care, they just want more money for their franchise. There are plenty other dentists in the area that do better work.

I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past. We made this very clear. The technician was amazing. But with in the first 10 minutes with Dr. Wong he was bringing up oral surgery. Now my teeth were not broken and I was already on antibiotics. There was no logical reason for him to even suggest oral surgery. This is the same place we're a different dentist pulled 5 of my husband's teeth in 1 appointment. Do better

Everyone was so nice and understanding. Wait area is comfortable, front desk people were happy and welcoming, and the dentist was fantastic. I will for sure be back! I was originally a walk in at the mckinney location and they didn't have availability this evening and called to see if Frisco could help me out and it was all around a great experience. Thank you Dossett Dental yall do a fantastic job with staffing!

Thank you so much took me for 2nd opinion. Staff were friendly and kind. The dentist (Name?) was so nice and explained very details also referred to periodontist which was very nice and honest, I can trust her and fee was much less than my dentist. Also the Staff took only $6.0 for consultation fees from me. Thank you for your services. I really appreciate.
