Sierra at the front desk is super helpful and deserves 5 stars + a raise. However, every time I have been to this dental office you spend a good amount of time in the chair waiting because there is only 1 or 2 dentists. but once you see the dentist, he is 5 STARS. So i guess this place really deserves 5 stars, but because they are so good, they have a lot of patients, and in return you have a lot of waiting :D.
The only issue I have had here is that I have been stuck waiting for the past 2-3 months for claims to get paid out from my insurance ( i have 2 policies). I have called insurance and they said we have not received anything, and then Distinctive says they have sent it out and are waiting. not sure what is going on there and now I am in the middle of it which is kind of a mess, but. if you dont have to deal with that, I would recommend them. Sierra was a big help in trying to get the ball rolling to get the whole insurance issues resolves.
Have talked to multiple people at Distinctive about the issue, and they kind of do nothing. Sierra seemed like she really wanted to help and was escalating the issue so we can get a resolution.

This is a great dentist office full of very nice hygienists and dentists. I see Dr. B and he's very friendly and knowledgeable. My hygienist was very friendly and did a great job. My only hiccup was that they scheduled me for 8:00 and I had to wait in the waiting room for 10 minutes before anyone even was at the front desk. They seemed unorganized and not prepared for patients.
Apparently this is the norm as they have a meeting first thing in the morning. I guess my suggestion would be don't schedule your first appointment until 8:30 if you know you're meeting will run long and the front desk peeps are unable to be there for the first patients of the day. The front desk people weren't overly friendly.

I'm sure I'm one of many that really don't want to go to a dentist. I will say that both dentists and their staff at Distinctive Dental understand that concept and are absolutely wonderful with their patients. I feel welcomed and comfortable there, explaining everything as they go. Explanation and options are provided and no pressure given towards my decision. Completely mine. Easy to schedule, great communication and just wonderful to work with. Always asking me if anything hurts and they talk me through the process.

I am a patient from another office. I lost a filling at Christmas, but because of illness at my dental office, I I was not able to get it fixed until today. The staff at Distinctive Solutions was very helpful getting me into their office Dr B was quick and painless. It was a tooth in front and it looks really good and feels smooth. His staff was very helpful and friendly. It seems like a happy office.

I have never had such a great experience as I did with Distinctive Dental. From my first telephone contact to Dr Littel and his professional staff, excellence was the order of the day. Every member of the staff were kind and welcoming. Thanks to Dr Littel's assistant Casey whose support and expertise made the visit even more pleasant. I came in with pain and left well cared for and my problem resolved. I have found my dental home (thanks to my daughter) and could not be more pleased.

I will recommend this office to anyone who will listen. I have never had such a great experience at the dentist. Dr. B was amazing & so was Casey (I believe that was the hygienist name & I apologize if not.) They we're so kind, quick, professional, & affordable. It's such a relief to feel so comfortable going back somewhere. I would give 6 stars if I could!
