First time at Dilworth Dentistry, great dental office! The hygenist Caroline, explained everything during the cleaning and was very thorough. Dr Ralph, also very thorough. Highly recommend!

This was the best dental experience I have ever had! From the moment I walked in, the staff was so friendly and happy. Such a positive environment. My dental hygienist, Carolyn, was so sweet, attentive and did a great job with my cleaning. Just an awesome experience!

I have been coming to Dilworth Family Dentistry since the mid 1980's. That speaks volumes in itself. The entire staff is awesome. Next time I go, I will take photos and add them to my next review. I have probably posted less than 5 reviews on line ever. This old dinosaur just doesn't do that, but this review is long over do. Finally a good dentist experience after five years of searching! From the minute you walk in the doors until the time you leave this office makes you feel apart of their family. Everyone is friendly, personable and attentive - this is truly what a family dentistry should be! Caroline, Dr Ma and Allison were all wonderful. Added bonus - no pressures to have unnecessary procedures or purchase unnecessary add ins or products like the rest of the dentists in Charlotte - just good old fashioned quality service!

Dr. Ralph is the best dentist out there. He's very knowledgeable and taking his time explain everything dental related to you. Dr. Ma is wonderful! He is always so patient and kind. He listens to all of your concerns and makes you feel like you're the only patient in the office. His staff has always been so friendly and his hygienists are extremely thorough and knowledgeable about their job. I highly recommend his practice.

Your hygienist Caroline, Makiko, Lauren, and Tracy excited you are on their schedule, your doctor assistants Julie and Charity prepping your room for a dental emergency. Dr. Ralph joining our team, what amazing talent he has and wonderful disposition. Dr. Ma now the lead doctor.

What you see in the room is who he is. A dedicated, honest, hard working doctor that cares for you and his staff. This staff truly cares about you and your dental needs. Once you step in the door you honestly become family, patient or employee.

While going to the dentist can often times be stressful, Lauren Duffy consistently makes a conscious effort to make her patients feel comfortable during dental exams. With light-hearted conversation stemming from her excellent memory of patients, coupled with her painless examination, Lauren makes going to Dilworth Family Dentistry a pleasant experience.
