Diamond Dental Care - Fred Turner

Now I wish I would of just left my tooth alone. My tooth has been in pain ever since I went to Diamond Dental Care. All I needed was a small filling done on my tooth and the dentist drilled a little too deep into my tooth and now I'm in uncomfortable pain everyday. I should of picked another dentist. That's the consequence for just going to any dentist. I think they wanna make more money off me that's probably it.

Dr. Lynott was very rude and unprofessional. She had a very bad attitude, as if she was having a bad day and incorrectly did my filling. I had to have it redone two more times to get it corrected. The second time, Dr. Turner was supposed to do it himself, but he sent an assistant/intern to do it instead. The front office manager was very professional and apologized on Dr. Lynott's behalf. She said her bedside manner is difficult (paraphrasing). I stopped coming here after this bad experience.

So very disappointed. I have been going here for years and service varies off and on depending on who you interact with. After my last encounter with the receptionist I have decided I cannot keep coming to this place with the poor customer service they provide. I had to cancel my appointment due to illness. The receptionist laughed at me and spoke to me as though I am inconsiderate for getting sick.

She said the next available time I could come would be 6 months later. Strange since I set up this appointment 2 weeks ago and they had many open options at that time. I will find a new dentist.

This is a GREAT place, Brandy is very nice. She is a blessing! And it's great to have my teeth cleaned by Miss LOVELY quirky Perky. Request Perky because she's the best. All around nice and helpful people at Diamond Dental, they understand. May The Lord Jesus bless them, Amen!

What an incredible office! Front to back; staff was absolutely incredible. Everyone was very kind, I was checked in on while waiting and the actual doctor care was great. Hygienists were thorough and I couldn't be happier with how my first visit went. First time I left the dentist office wanting to go back.crazy but true! Would recommend 10/10!

Been going to this dentist for years and they are awesome. The staff is very friendly and polite. I have had different hygienists do my teeth cleaning and they have all been great. Dr Turner himself is a great dentist and will personally come by if you want him to check on your teeth. Can't recommend enough.

I've always received quality, exceptional service every time. The staff has, is always professional. I've been with Dr. Turner since he was in a little office with fold up chairs. The Diamond Dental Office they relocated to years ago that they are in now is so nice, marble counter tops, gorgeous drapes, the waiting room chairs and couches are so nice it's easy to fall asleep. Simply a class act!

Was looking for a new dentist after some less-than-stellar experiences elsewhere. Everyone here was really friendly, Dr. Turner was super-nice and I never felt rushed while talking to him or the staff. Making appointments is really easy too. Highly recommend Diamond Dental!

We absolutely love the staff at Diamond Dental. Our entire family has been going here for years for everything from cleanings to orthodontics. They handle all insurance issues, refer us to the best oral surgeons, etc. Thank you Diamond Dental for all you do!

Had a root canal done at Diamond Dental last year (twice) and now spending $3000 to have it redone by a specialist this year after being examined by another dentist. Come to find out they did not follow proper procedures to keep out contamination, the crown was placed incorrectly and they also left part of a file in my tooth. The file now needs to be surgically removed. See posted X-ray.
