This happened back in January but I'm only getting to write this now. I had a crown made and seat done here but had the actual root canal done at another office. First thing I didn't like was the dentist herself while working in my mouth making snarky remarks about how my root canal was done to the assistant and both cackling away saying it would have failed the exam.

So unprofessional. I'm a dental assistant myself so I understood the talk and really didn't appreciate it. The dentist at another office that did my root canal did a beautiful job and was actually excellent but anyways. So, comes the time to have my crown cemented. When I say I was never handled so roughly and rudely by an assistant in my entire life.

She was slicing my gums to pieces with the floss and just super rushy and rough. I actually couldn't believe how rough she was being. There was no need of it at all. Horrible horrible experience and I'm fairly easy going person with dental anything being done. Asked if I wanted to come back there for a cleaning and all this. NO thank you! I couldn't run fast enough out of there. Seriously, do not even go there. It's just yuck.

Had an appointment at 10am. Confirmed my appointment days prior. Online hours show they are supposed to be open at 9. When I showed up the doors were locked. I've called multiple times and no answer. This is extremely unprofessional.

Very disrespectful front lady, instead of explaining and discuss a situation, I was told to to leave because there was a amount due back from 2019, which I was unaware, I politely told her I wanted to check my records before paying to make sure was not a mistake, but this person said no one was able to see me because there was a balance due! Very bad experience!

I have been a customer for over 20 years! The entire team is great even when new staff come on. Dr. Grande is awesome and always takes the time to listen to me. I feel like what is important to me matters! I would highly recommend this dental practice!

I gave a review last week and this week I got a call from the new office manager wanting to make things right. Tish promised to call me by end of day on Friday. It's now Saturday and she never called. That's one of my original complaint--they don't follow through. Also their web site is not updated. Dr Li and her assistant Danielle are listed and in the photos.

Neither of them came back after the office reopened after COVID. their Website says they do implants. The new dentist who broke my temporary crown wanted to send me out for an implant (if they do them why refer someone elsewhere). The office is not very honest.

I have to say, my anxiety level was off the charts as soon as I pulled up. When I went in the back, I was absolutely shocked of the knowledge, compassion, kindness, & honesty! I mean who likes going to the dentist?! It took me a month to come in because I was nervous to hear the same ole song & dance again, either your tooth gets pulled or you pay up!

Due to my surprise, this office has one of the most genuine professional staff as a whole that I have ever met period! I was soo upset I was crying, & i would never have guessed the quality of compassion, & understanding for how you actually feel is just beyond words! I know now that I was brought here to this actual site for a reason. It was a blessing!

I recommend this staff & office to anyone who's teeth really matter to them. I'm soo grateful for the staff as a whole for welcoming & taking care of me! Truly, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your hard work that you all do! GREATEST STAFF EVER! Sincerely, Christine Munro

I would not even be giving one star, but the site requires something in order to write the narrative. The dentists and other personnel helped make this the absolute worst dental experience in my life of 60+ years. I do not usually write negative reviews. In fact, I've never given 1 star to any business. But I am compelled to warn anyone who might be considering this practice.

If you value your dental health, this is NOT the place to trust in the kind of care you would receive. Your dental care is definitely second to company profits. It's a corporation. Need I say more? UPDATE: 10/28/18 I received a general note from them, automated response that I know everyone knows. There's no real content.we're sorry, give THEM a call so the concern can be discussed. Really? I'm supposed to take my time again to say the same thing and would hear the memorized responses all customer service people are trained to say to a customer with various complaints.

You say this, they respond with something they are told will deflate the negative complaint. Why on earth would I go out of my way to do this! On the other hand, if they kept any semblance of accurate notes for every patient, as they are required to do by the ADA, that information would all be answered by reading the patient information. They could read what my dental problems are that arose from ineptness vs prior dental information from previous practices. Again, they are asking PATIENTS to do their required job!

So why wouldn't negativity and improper techniques be there? The CORPORATION would take their own steps and micromanage the office with problems. Looking for all the omissions. Auditors would go through every file. The corporation might have incentive programs to dispense bonuses to individual offices if there aren't complaints, et. al. Remember, ALL CORPORATIONS are in business to maximize profits.

Each part of a particular company is clamoring to be at the top. Managers obviously included. They are typically the ones who hide information that negativity impacts their office or offices. Being new to Ohio, the reasons I even went in the first place were Saturday appointments and they carried my insurance. Fortunately I found the same things with an individual dental practice.

Maybe I should thank this place in forcing me to find an alternative. I could not be happier with my dentist now. In my long life she ranks with the top 2 of all time! 'Enuf' said!

I would not hesitate to recommend this office to anyone. The staff is great. Everyone staff member I have ever encountered has displayed a high level of professionalism. You get an immediate welcoming feeling from beginning to end from David who runs a great office to the hygienist to Dr. Haddad. I love that they make every effort to make you comfortable and explain each step of your care.

The staff seems to be a very cohesive unit and a well-oiled machine. My fiance recommended them after he gushed about what a positive experience he had. My children are now patients as well!

This office has moved to a new location on Sawmill, but their bad business practices seem to have followed them. I was seen for a dental emergency on a Friday and the dentist wanted to talk to me about all the other teeth, examining upper and lower and my whole mouth for a lower eyetooth problem. I had to tell her to focus on the current issue. She was pushing for extraction on an otherwise healthy tooth requiring a (1) root, root canal.

I told her I was swollen and in pain and she wrote me low level antibiotics, whIch I questioned. I was told to call back if these did not work. I was in extreme pain over the weekend, using ice packs and OTC pain meds since the prescription antibiotics and pain meds were not working. Called the office on Monday, today, and was told since the dentist I saw is out, the current dentist on site wanted to do a NEW exam before calling in a higher dose of antibiotics.

This office is 40 min away from me. I had also requested my (multiple, unnecessary) x-rays to be forwarded to my regular dentist and they didn't do that either. I've been bounced between this office and my local dentist for 3 days and have to start all over again and I'm really, really not happy with my (first) experience at Dental Works.

The receptionist I talked to this morning, was talking to me like I was 4 years old and needed a lecture about how I should have given it a couple days to work, even after I told her I had to double up on meds for dosage just to keep me out of the ER due to their lack of proper assessment of the criticality of my issue. This is not my first tooth rodeo but I feel like the office staff was not responsive, not able to back up each other's patients and had a lack of sympathy and situational understanding to care properly for their patients. I will not be going back and would NOT recommend being seen by Dental Works

I had my teeth cleaned at DentalWorks recently. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist. Everyone from the moment you walk-in makes you feel welcome and they are extremely friendly. The office is quite new, is very clean and nicely laid out. They were very thorough and professional - taking digital x-rays, reviewing them with me to discuss any areas that I should take a little more care of, and then a pain-free cleaning. I have definitely found my new dentist.

My experience at Dental Works at Tuttle is by far the best I've ever had. I have had anxiety and panic attacks at the dentist office ever since I was a teenager. The last time I had a panic attack was 8 years ago and I never went back to the dentist. I started to have awful pain on the left side of my face due to a hole in my tooth. The pain lasted so long and was excruciating, I just couldn't bear it anymore.

I called Dental Works and they got me in the same day. Everyone there was polite and kind and very accommodating. They understood my anxiety and guided me through everything. They extracted my tooth and I had to have a root canal and crown in another. I didn't feel a thing and they were the nicest people. They made me feel like I can trust dentists again.

My pain is cured, my teeth are getting fixed and my anxiety has reduced drastically. I will have no problem going back to get the other work done that I need to thanks to Mo, Dr Finnerty and everyone else that helped me. Thank you!

Do Not Go Here. My family and I had gone here for years due to the convenience. I have been there as they went through many Dentist and never had a problem until this last one: I was tricked into getting a small chip fixed that i'd had since I was a child. She made the chip bigger and used some bonding agent that didn't even match the original tooth.

As if that wasn't bad enough it broke after several months and it looked horrible. I went to a completely different dentist because I didn't want anything else to do with them. It is obvious that new dentist only cares about making money. Stay away. You're smile is too important!

DO NOT GO HERE. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I am realizing how horrible this place is only after no longer being a patient there. I went to Dental Works for a couple of years because of their after work times, as I couldn't take off work to go. I don't think I ever saw the same dentist more than once. Aside from that, I now live in New York City.

After requesting that my records be sent to my new office here in NYC, I received a call from a random real estate company in Downtown Columbus letting me know that they'd just received some medical records of mine on their fax machine (obviously by mistake). I was so thankful that the records ended up with an HONEST company, because my social security number was all over them and had they gone elsewhere, a nice open door for ID Theft.

I called the office and let them know they'd made a pretty serious mistake, and the woman I spoke to essentially said there was nothing that really could be done, but if I wanted to speak to her manager, I could. I'm sorry, what? To make matters EVEN worse, I had a routine appt. at my new dentist and was told that I needed to have a filling redone (seemingly normal, as I thought maybe it was one of my older ones and I know sometimes they need to be redone).

My dentist got the filling drilled out and realized that the dentist who'd done my last filling had left a pocket in the cavity, so decay had formed in the space below the filling. It wasn't an old filling, thank God, because I'm sure I would have needed a root canal if so. But it absolutely cost me more money. Disappointed is an understatement.

If I ever move back to the Columbus area, there is absolutely NO WAY I would ever return to this joke of a place. Do your teeth (and your wallet and identity) a favor and don't deal with these half-assers.

Very professional, communicative, personable. Dr lei/ lee very nice I hate going to dentist and they made me feel great and calm. The location is a little awkward but other then that they opened all tools in front of me the floor could use a buffing bit other then that a great place to be trusted with your teeth but when I was leaving one of the girls that worked there was swiffering mopping the floor so looks like they were mopping the floor way to go thanks.

I made an appointment here instead of my regular dentist because they offer after work appointments. BIG MISTAKE. It had only been six months since my previous cleaning, which is why I found it unusual when she said I had several cavities. If not taken care of "immediately" I could even been risking a root canal. Received my invoice before leaving, which included a $60 charge for a fluoride treatment that I did NOT have. Things seemed to have really taken a drastic turn since my checkup 6 months earlier.

I did not return for treatment but instead got a second option from my regular dentist. The result: I had one cavity. Not even anywhere near the location that Dental Works said could potentially require a root canal. SCAM. It is not worth the after work hours! Stay away.

I have been here on two separate occasions, years apart. Both times for a cleaning when I was without insurance and needed a cheap option. To briefly state my complaints: 1. They schedule patients (MULTIPLE) future appointments, without making the patients aware. Even after I stressed to their staff I had NO intentions of returning for future services, they scheduled me, never told me (they have my email, home address, and cell phone number).

I only found out after I began receiving bills for no-shows. Today I finally spoke to billing to have the charges removed. During the conversation I noticed in small print at the bottom of the bill that they have scheduled me yet another appointment 3 months from now. Just for the fun of it, I guess! Those silly guys! What former patient wouldn't love that? 2. "Free Complimentary Whitening for LIFE" - This is what they advertise to draw people in.

Both times I was seen at DentalWorks, they boasted about this great offering prior to me going back to the hygienist's chair. Afterwards, when I asked about it, staff completely brushed me off and pretty much said nothing. This is not really a perk they offer, unless maybe you fight VERY hard to get it. 3. Do a little bit of research on the company. Frontline has investigated them, for instance.

They have been found to make staff lie to patients to make them believe they need additional or more serious services than they actually do. Bottom line: NOT WORTH IT. Not even if you're looking for a cleaning and don't have a regular dentist or are on a budget. I will NEVER go back.
