Dental Store

My 81 year old mother came here for dental clearance before knee replacement surgery. They charged her more than 300.00 for exam and X-rays. Told her she needed a deep cleaning before they would sign the surgical release. It would cost over 1800.00 or she can join their membership and it would be 1200.00. Took my mother to another dentist for another opinion. The new dentist looked at the same X-rays and said he can't see why they would recommend that. Her mouth had no issues. They are taking advantage of senior citizens.

Communication is great and scheduling flexible. They took care of the main issues I was having right away and scheduled for re evaluation at my convenience. Everyone was really nice and the Dr. was quick, funny, and made me feel comfortable.

I have a dental phobia and left smiling as best I could considering being numb. They took the time to explain everything in dental for dummies language. Not only that, they're funny, kind, patient and caring. Definitely would recommend them because I'm a very medically fascinating patient (aka problem adult health wise)! Thanks guys!

Braces for both of our children were done here and always amazing care and service. Now we've done second round of wisdom teeth removal and again great and carrying service during and after procedure were done.

Life saver! I was in town for a convention, and a temporary front crown came off Saturday evening. I had a critical meeting with a company we represent Sunday morning, and I was panicked. THANK GOD they were open. I was at their door at 7:49am, they had me in a chair by8:10, and I made my meeting! I thanked the dentist profusely. They were understanding, kind, and did a great job. It would be helpful if they had a way to understand which Sundays they are open. I lucked out. THANK YOU DENTAL STORE!

Sick Child Fever, Nausea, trying to cancel a same day appointment but they want to charge me $50 for the cancellation. I said fine, I will bring him in anyway. They said great see you soon. Really, see you soon? So covid isn't a concern now? You want to keep sick people out of the office until you threaten a cancellation, then oh fine. They they say but you should have called this morning. So that would make a difference. Makes no sense, horrible reasoning and horrible logic. Time to find a new dentist

Dr Gelman and his assistant Sanaz did such a great job! I went in for some major dental work and I'm so satisfied with the outcome. Everyone is professional and would recommend this place to all family and friends.

The staff at the Dental Store are so professional and polite. I felt very comfortable. The explained and answered all my questions I am SO glad I found them I would highly recommend them for all of your dental care!

Great dental office. Dr. Brenner is amazing! He is gentle and always makes sure I am doing okay. The rest of the staff is very friendly and professional.

My biggest complaint about them is their dentists are arrogant and seem to have no problem with publicly and vocally reprimanding patients for not taking proper care of their mouths. I don't have dental insurance, dental work is expensive, and I'm doing the best I can. Also, I am an adult and don't tolerate being treated like a child.

Amazing experience! I called them the day of my appointment explaining the pain I was in. They moved my appointment last minute from midday to first thing in the morning. They were understanding, and even made me laugh in the midst of pain I was having. They did an amazing job, and I left there feeling better than I have in years. If you want a 5 star dental experience, The Dental Store in Schaumburg is the place to go!

Great customer service from the dentist, dental assistant and front desk staff. Always a pleasure going also they are very through and clean. A huge plus for me.

Do not go there. At one point in time I went to this dentist. He told me I needed 5 crowns and root canals. I would leave there in tears. My mother convinced me to find another dentist. When I did I learned that several of the teeth he claimed needed crowns didn't even have cavities. It has been over 10 years but I have never forgotten them. I also met another person who told me they did the same.

You are free to do what you want but I felt I should post on it. This was before Yelp existed but I was telling someone about it and thought I should see if this dentist is still in practice (have no idea how they are still doing it). There are better more ethical dentists out there and everyone deserves good honest service which this guy does not do. Complete scam artist and unethical.

Dr. Glen is fantastic and the hygienist are all so kind and respectful. Actually most everyone there is kind and respectful. But one particular young lady at the check out desk is so aggressive and disrespectful. I've never had such an awful experience. This young lady was screaming and I mean screaming out my balance and a payment that was declined 4 months ago. If her motive was to embarrass me she won.

Patient, kind, and friendly staff members. If you have children coming with like I did the staff was very warm and kind to little kids! They were very patient with toddlers having rough days, and we were having one of those days! Was not judged or treated poorly. In fact the staff helped us! Our daughter had her first appointment (4 year old) and was a very positive experience with dentist and oral hygienist! We can't say enough good things! Office very clean and proper ventilation as bacteria could be in air felt safe with covid-19 procedures still in place.

If hygienists were graded by favorite pizza toppings. Julia at The Dental Store would be Hawaiian (ham and pineapple). We all know that Hawaiian is everyone's favorite pizza topping. Julia, is the absolute best. If you need your teeth cleaned and/or whitened, go see Julia. She's a real dental professional. Don't get your teeth whitened at your nail salon or your hair salon. Don't be silly.

Brought in my 4yr old granddaughter in for her first visit. She was scared and very nervous. Tayna and Dr. Jona went above and beyond to take their time to keep her emotionally comfortable so they were able to clean and examine her teeth properly. She was so proud of herself for getting her teeth cleaned. She showed them off. And the front desk staff also made her feel so special. Thanks everyone she now is excited for her next visit.

I came in as a new patient and had a great experience. Everyone I saw was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. All my questions were answered and I left feeling so much better about the health of my teeth.

I scheduled an appointment with them on Emergency Dental Service the night before my appointment because I had a tooth ache. That night a representative took my credit card for the deposit. I received multiple confirmations + a text that morning saying my appointment has been confirmed. When I arrived the staff told me I do not have an appointment and the confirmations were NOT sent from them.

When I tried to call them to get a refund for my deposit they told me to contact the 3rd party who I booked the appointment with. I tried calling them and no one has answered or responded to my emails. When I called to let them know that no one has refunded me the staff told me they do not have a direct line. VERY unprofessional and WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

I have been going to the Dental Store for many, many years and feel very confident in the care they provide to me. The staff is very friendly from the time I walk in until I leave. Ana is the best hygienist. She is very thorough, patient, friendly and caring to me. Dr Scott is my dentist and I enjoy working with him. He makes me feel very comfortable. He is very friendly and caring. Everything is in one place if you need to see other specialists too.

They are great. Over a holiday weekend they were able to help my husband with an emergency extraction. The office team was great! They were friendly, empathetic and very responsive. Best of all my husband can enjoy the long holiday weekend. Thank you!

Nope. Service was fine but always felt I was being sold more procedures than were necessary. Confirmed when I switched dentists only to find out my teeth were just fine. Also, Covid fee. Again, switched to a dentist taking many, many precautions without paying anything additional. Truly felt that The Dental Store was all about the money.

I came in for my braces and Jesus did my start i was. Very nervous I wanted to cry but. When he talk to me and the music he played on his room He calm me down and made me laugh so mutch. very wise when he talk about. How to clean my teeth with braces and also life my time with him was great and I thought I was gone be in pain and when he put the braces on I dint feel anything I was so shock omg. Jesus. You are great! Get your teeth on by Jesus.

I typically don't write reviews, but I was so impressed with the Dental Store! They are always on time for appointments and their staff is very professional. My hygienist, Tonya, was so knowledgeable and really cares about her patients and listens to their needs. The front desk staff is amazing as well! I missed an appointment because I forgot to update my phone number with them and they waived the fees for me! They have always been more than accommodating and I would recommend them to anyone in the Schaumburg area!

My first time at the Dental Store.everyone was in a great happy place.very attentive and professional! I had a tooth extraction that literally took under 5 minutes to accomplish! Left after getting post extraction care instructions! Today I'm a bit sore but not as much as I had expected! All in all I'd give them an A+ for my 1st experience! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this place. Every single person I come in contact with is pleasant and accommodating. I admit that I am not one of those people that go to the dentist regularly like I should and because of that I feel embarrassed and ashamed of myself sometimes. Not one person has ever made me feel self conscious or made me feel uncomfortable with the services I get.

They are big on education there which is very important to me. Also they are completely transparent with the estimated costs of services PRIOR to recieved treatments which is just as important. They do not push any services on you that you arent interested in and what's most important is this place is a one stop shop. you truly can't beat all of these pro's. I truly have no complaints.

I decided to go here on an emergency appeared I needed a wisdom tooth removed due to cavity. I am currently pregnant with huge pain and not to mention mixed in with morning sickness. My first check up went fine the Dr told me they had a surgeon in there to extracted.however the soonest appointment was for 1 week and a half almost 2 weeks. I trusted that the surgeon would be there I got a text to confirm my appointment apparently just 1 day before my scheduled appointment I was called to tell me they cancelled it.

But I went in because I was not aware of the call only to find out after weeks in pain the day before my appointment was cancelled. I asked to see someone else the gentleman in the frount said he could send my info to someone else I said ok. I find someone on my own after searching and they need my papers. I call this location to fax my papers and now they say I need to sighn a release form. Not once when I was there did they tell me to do this so now I have to do extra work and I'm in so much pain just not a good experince after weeks of runarounds.

Don't go here, plenty of other dentist in the area. Horribly disorganized and don't focus on their clients. Worst experience ever!

Started coming here about 2 weeks ago. Staff are so friendly! Everyone is so nice. They make me feel so welcomed and I feel the relationships are genuine and personal. They always remember my name when I come in here and my appointments. Dr Brenner, Jen, Brandi & Wendy are awesome! Those are few of the amazing staff here. The waiting area is nice and spacious even with a tv. Everything is clean and sanitary.

The entire staff here is amazing! Dr. Brenner was extremely nice and was straight to the point. I live in Chicago and I still travel to Schaumburg to see the dentist. Every single time I come in I feel extremely welcomed and recommend this place to everyone!

Dr. Gelman did a really great job at our consultation. Went in for a consultation for implants and wisdom teeth removal. All staff are very professional and very well informed. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Dentist promised he'd call me in a few days for other options and never called. I left feeling good about that but no call. He did a good job but no follow up. Will go back to my old dentist because of it. They lost out on good money. Staff girls were super nice & Sunday last minute appointment, hence the 3 stars.

Okay, these guys saved my life on Christmas Eve! I was in excruciating pain, and they did not for a minute make the date and timing a big deal or an issue at all. They knew I needed to get in, and they did not hesitate to tell me to come on! Dr. Gianni was sympathetic and thorough. The staff was caring, upbeat, friendly, and likable. That's pretty rare these days. I will come to them for everything now, as they certainly earned my respect and appreciation. Those dentists offices closed all day Christmas Eve?. Kiss my ass!

Julia, the hygienist was fantastic. The Dr. was about 30 minutes late after the hygienist saw me, I was about to walk out then he became available after complaining to the front desk. I've only been to the place once so I am a little reserved. I'll go back, just not sure. Seemed to be get them in for as much work and get them out type of deal. Well see. Equipment was very modern and seems to be up to date. Staff was very kind.

I'd gone to the Dental Store for many years starting in 2006. They are still, hands down, the most competent & professional dentists I've ever had. Dr Glenn, who is fantastic, was pretty much my primary but I did see others & their Ortho as well. I never left an appointment feeling anything but like the work I got done was exceptional and all of it long lasting.

Everyone was always friendly, funny, & professional. Now that I live in Cali I am nervous to have to find another primary dentist. after my experiences with the Dental Store my expectations are pretty darn high. Thanks guys for everything!
