This company continued to draft my account after I canceled this policy. They never sent dental cards or info on my policy. I called 3 times this month to get it resolved and continued to get the run around. Please please do not do business with this company. Even after I sent a letter, and spoke with 3 people to cancel, I asked for them to mail me a letter stating my account was canceled and closed. They refused. ZERO stars. RUN

Worst customer service on the planet. They are lazy useless people who try to pass work on to others as opposed to doing their job.
