Our practice has used DMA for many years. We could not be happier. When DMA upgraded our dental software and installed all new work stations and server, the transition was seamless with very minimal tweaking. If we have any issue or question(which is rare), the technicians are prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. It is nice to come into work each day and never need to worry about the computers or software. We can simply do what we love; knowing DMA has our back.

I have used DMA for many years and have always been satisfied with the results. While in practice, it was comforting to have all of my IT support in one place. By using DMA when I had a computer problem, I was not going to be bounced back and forth between my hardware and software providers! When you need IT service in a hurry, DMA is the answer!

DMA has been our sole tech provider since 1991. They have been helpful and reliable in troubleshooting any problems that arise, and willing to come onsite when necessary. We recently had them do some upgrades including a new server and several workstations, WiFi, encrypted email and a VOIP phone system.
