I have been in the dental field for 19 years and have worked with Dr. McGrade since 2006. My duties consist of assisting her with dental procedures and doing lab work. The thing I like most about working with Dr. McGrade is her passion for helping others through her mission trips to Honduras and her dedication to her practice.
Denise Freeman McGrade received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1991. She received advanced experience and training through a general practice residency at the Dallas Veterans Administration Medical Center, with rotations in anesthesia and oral surgery. After three years as an associate, she established her private practice in Plano in 1994.
We provide a variety of dental treatments that are comfortable, safe, and effective. Our practice is equipped with the latest dental technology so we can provide complete care for your smile. Our dental team is dedicated to helping you maintain your health and your beautiful smile for many years to come.

I have been to several dentist and finally found an office I could feel comfortable at with Dr. McGrade. The staff was friendly and acted like they knew me forever, Dr. McGrade took time to explain everything to me, I knew the cost before they just "jumped in" and started doing the work. Defiantly recommend her and her office to my friends.

I've been a 3 year patient of Dr. McGrade, and I am officially looking for a new dentist, as well as my husband. Dr. McGrade is always nice, and does a good job. However, her Office Manager, Heather who touts that she's been there 11 years (clearly feels she is irreplaceable) is rude, gives poor customer service, and is flat out disrespectful. In a conversation about my statement (a mistake that was the staff's fault) she interrupted me multiple times, acted inconvenienced, and simply didn't care. You deal with the staff most.keep that in mind
