I had really bad experiences as a child at dentists. When I moved to the San Francisco area in 1990, I needed to find a dentist, I went to many before I found Dr. Dell. I felt really comfortable right from the very beginning. For over 20 years I was well cared for by John and Debbie Dell. When I moved from the area a few years ago, my husband and I still scheduled our appointments when visiting the area. We miss the great care we had at Dr. Dell's office.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Dell and Debbie for about 20 years. Nothing but good things to say about all dental work that they have done. From cleanings, fillings to crowns, I have never had any issues. Dr. Dell is the most painless dentist, especially when it comes to the Novocaine shots! I was referred to him by a friend, and in turn I have sent many of my friends to his offices.

Dr. Dell and Debbie are wonderful people. I was there about a year ago for a crown on my implants. The doctor who did the implants doesn't work on crowns. Dr. Dell did a great job on my mouth. Well now I bit into a peach pit by mistake and chip the crown. I came back to Dr. Dell to fix it and he did! Amazing. Even though it was my fault and because I spent so much on my mouth they did it for free. They are kind wonderful people and the Doc knows his stuff. I will be back.

I have been a 20+year client of Dr Dell and have been continually satisfied and extremely impressed with his and his wife Debbie's personal care and attention to their clients' needs. Dr. Dell is the BEST. No cavities in 16 years! Has been my son Robert's dentist too since age 2 and my kid just graduated high school. Nurse Debbie always works with you on scheduling around our busy lives and school. Professional, courteous on being punctual (no waiting). Clean and pleasant. Even when we moved away to Pleasanton. I kept as our dentist it's worth the drive. Keep up the good service! Thank you from our family.

Dr Dell is a wonderful dentist. I have been going to him for well over 20 years. He is a very knowledgeable and talented dentist. I really hate having my teeth worked on but he puts me at ease. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist to see Dr. Dell. They will be glad they did. Debbie, is so friendly and professional. Both she and Dr. Dell welcome me and it feels like I am visiting old friends ( which after 20+ years, I am). I have had a lot of work done by Dr. Dell, I have crowns, extractions, etc. I am so lucky to have him for my dentist.

I have been seeing Dr. Dell since 2012 and I have been so totally satisfied with the service. Dr. Dell know his stuff and loads me up with lots of brushes, toothpastes, and floss after every visit. He is very relaxed and laid back. No matter how difficult the oral challenge, you will never see Dr. Dell sweat. He makes every procedure seem routine.
There is just nothing that substitutes for experience and Dr. Dell and his lovely assistant (and wife) have been doing dentistry for decades. He alwyas has some great stories to keep you relaxed or if your just want to listen to soothing music, he'll hand you a pair of luxury headphones. They love taking care of their patients and you will feel most welcome there from the first time you call or set foot in their office.
It's a small practice, very much a family labor of love. If you are tired of those dental mills and freashly minted dental school grads, give Dr. Dell a try. He's a pro. You will not be disappointed.

My four year old son and I absolutely love coming to Dr. Dell for our dental appointments! He takes such great care of our teeth when see him. He is informative on how to take care of our hygiene and is super friendly! Debbie is the sweetest lady ever! She is always so professional and friendly over the phone and especially in person! One of the greatest dental places we have encountered!

I am lazy when it comes to taking care of my teeth. I don't floss nearly enough. But when I see Dr. Dell, he just calmly fixes me up. He never solds or makes me feel terrible or a failure about not taking better careof myself. some dentists go out of their way to make you fell so bad about yourself, but not Dr. Dell. He only suggests and then very gently a t that. And tells me the potnetial consequences. I actually look forward to going to the dentist. Lovwe this place.

I have been seeing Dr. Dell since 2000 and he really makes the dental experience a positive one. I always feel taken care of when I have my exams, fillings, etc. In a bind, when in pain they are willing to fit you in and provide any help that they can. Debbie at the front desk is like a bright ray of sunshine! She is always very welcoming and attentive.
They are always great about reminding you of upcoming appointments, moving you up when they have cancellations. Probably one of the greatest hidden secrets about this office is that they are open some Saturdays! Best dentist ever. :-D

Save your teeth and save your money. STAY AWAY from this office. I had spent so much money and time going to John Dell and years later found out that he ruined my teeth. Aside from the quirky ways that his practice has robbed me, his office particularly his wife was completely unprofessional and downright rude! First of all after a crown he had put in did not" fit" correctly, he decided to grind down the surround teeth instead.
Apparently grinding down existing healthy enamel is one of the worst practices. He then proceeded to say that I had other problems with my teeth, but did not in anyway try to remedy or suggest other forms of fixing the issue. To top it off.his wife at the counter would talk about other patient's personal issues to staff in front of the clients and when it was me by myself, she would talk to me and say personal issues she had with previous clients who had issues with them. Hummm. needless to say I just went on my way, never went back to them. one star is being very generous.
