I really appreciate the services offered by this office to my entire family. The front desk offers great communication and they have a really pleasant attitude. Hygienist is very thorough and also has a great attitude. The dentist is also very pleasant and took the time to discuss any issues. 5 Stars well deserved.

The best Hygienists, The best front office staff, The best x-ray technician and the best dentists I have ever had. I recommend them to everyone and I just hope they don't get too busy to give me the same amazing service that I have received for the past 10 years. 5 stars isn't enough.

They are the best! Everyone from the front desk, to the dental assistant to the dentist really made me feel welcome and cared about. Extremely responsive, and great location with parking in the back alley. I went in for a chipped tooth but it was such a good experience that they completely fixed that I will definitely be back and happily refer others!

Del Dental Group is by far the best dentist I have ever gone to! They are kind, personable, informative and knowledgable. They exercise patience with me and answer any questions I have. I am currently going through Invisalign treatment and feel supported through the process. They almost feel like family and have a great human first approach. Highly recommended.

Not impressed. My husband came here after waiting 6 months for his appointment and was told he needed his wisdom teeth extracted, a $600 cleaning, and a bunch of other work, which we questioned. Husband decided to go to our old dentist for a 2nd opinion. The Del Dental receptionist did not send his records after THREE requests and was combative on the phone.

When our old dentist received the x-rays, the quality was so bad he couldn't even make an assessment on what needed to be done but was able to confirm the wisdom teeth DO NOT need to be extracted. The old dentist also identified two cavities in the front teeth Del Dental failed to note. tl;dr Del Dental recommended a bunch of unnecessary work, didn't transfer records when requested multiple times, took unusable x-rays, and missed a very obvious thing that needs to be triaged.

I am SO disappointed. After being a client for 2 years I call with a tooth emergency and they say they can't schedule me because they dropped my insurance! Now I'm scrambling around town trying to find a place that will help me so I don't lose a front tooth. That is absolute terrible costumer service. I also had major upcoming appointments with them. Sometimes it doesn't matter how great the doctors are the way you communicate to your clients is everything. It would have been nice to know that information.

I like feeling welcomed and known. No one really likes going to the dentist but they make sure you're comfortable from the time you come in, to the time you leave. They text you to remind you of upcoming appointments. They text you to let you know you haven't been in a while (guilty). Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I can't see myself anywhere else for my dental needs :-)

My first visit to this office today was excellent from start to finish, & all COVID protocols were followed, The office & exam rooms are lovely & spotless. The receptionist was very pleasant & efficient both at check-in & check-out. Mike took my x-rays & was very gentle & has a great personality. He also expertly flossed & polished my teeth after my exam. Dr. Bakke performed the exam & did the initial new patient hygiene herself.

She discussed my x-rays, & made recommendations for at-home dental care. I left the office feeling very professionally cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Bakke, Mike, & Del Dental Group.

Del Dental is a first class operation that I've gone to for more than 20 years. They are a professional organization who treat their clients with dignity and respect. They are well trained at what they do and each visit is Avery pleasant. Experience. In my opinion they have great bed side manner.

I have been going to this office for many years and they are the best. Super professional and most important, on time. They never try to sell you on services you don't need which in my past experiences found this to be a thing with many dental offices. Highly recommend.

Dr. Fattahi is really great. I had to switch up my dentist because it was too far for me to travel now living in MDR. Dr. Fattahi is very trustworthy I could tell she puts the patient first, and she took her time giving me advice based on some questions I had. Her whole team seems skilled and friendly. Will be back in 6 months.

I recently moved to the Westside and changed dental insurance which led me to find Del Dental. I had such an incredible first appointment. The dentist was kind and thorough and communicative. The office was beautiful. The front desk was organized and made my check in process so easy and quick. I really like that they use text to stay in communication before and at your appointments. I am so happy to find a new dentist that I love and cannot wait to return in 6 months! I am recommending this office to all my friends!
