Davis & Dingle Dentistry

Choosing this dentist was the worst mistake ever! Dr. Davis is very unprofessional and his bedside manner is horrible! I've paid over 800$ for a crown that has not been placed due to temporary crown continuously coming off after letting him know this several times. I tried to have temp placed numerous times w no call back from staff here! I was then dismissed from the practice & am now walking around w a tooth exposed for his negligence!

I am now chasing them down for a refund that has yet to be processed & they will not issue a check for a service improperly rendered. I would not pay him or his incompetent staff to do work in my dogs mouth!

I have had a lot of dental work done here the past few years. The last time I go in for a crown, Dr Davis numbs me up, tears out my filling, Grinds on my tooth and then decides my mouth is too small and he can't finish. So now I've got a temporary filling in a gnawed up tooth, that had a permanent filling in it before he started, and a huge bill to pay from a specialist to fix what he did. Avoid this place.

I have been coming to Davis and Dingle for some years now and I would never switch up. I've had two bridges done they have made my smile so much brighter. Dr. Davis is very friendly, kind, and professional and not to mention the staff is amazing. I just love the family environment.

The best dentist office ever! This is the only dentist I have had that cares enough about me to offer small talk They also are completely focused on my needs and laser focused on me not experiencing pain. They always numb me up before working on my teeth and also once I'm done they gave me an anti numbing dose so that I don't have the droopy mouth for 3 hours like I've experienced with others.

I have been coming to Davis & dingle for years. Dr. Davis is always welcoming and nice. His staff are absolutely amazing! They care about about any concerns I may have. I would always recommend them for their amazing service. I will continue to come her for years to come.

Warm and friendly atmosphere. Dr. Davis and his entire staff always provide exceptional and professional customer service. It is always a pleasure to visit this dental office. Regardless of what you're having done, they always make you feel special.

Nice clean place. Dr. Dingle was so nice and everyone treated me special loved it there and will be returning for some more work. I even changed my kids dentist same day. can't believe how nice everyone was.

I called to schedule an appointment and have been for the past few months. They don't call you back and hang up on you when you call to make an appointment. Not good customer service at all and when I called back.

5 stars to get your attention, will not recommend. Due to sketchy billing practices and lack of communication of changes inside of their company. they fail to update you on changes until after procedures are done and try to leave you with the bill. this has happened to me before when I was initially introduced to them (2014) when it came to my cavities and fillings.

I was told that my insurance would cover the procedure when in fact my insurance was not going to cover my procedure and I was left with 100% of 2000+ dollars and then on recent events when they combined practices with another company my "in network" insurance (2014) was no longer considered "in network" (2020) they failed to tell me what they already knew six months ago (09/27/2021)when I came for what was supposed to be a free 6 month cleaning. then set me up for a new appointment six months later (03/24/2022) and after the appointment and cleaning, decided to inform me that I had a balance from previous cleaning and the cleaning that was just preformed because I'm no longer in network.

This is unacceptable and they should be held accountable for misleading and misrepresentation and fraud. I have spoken with Ms. Gates on 3/25 and 4/11 to have the matter cleared. I'm late posting this, but I would definitely recommend Davis and Dingle to everyone. They are so friendly and professional, and they got my smile back on point!

Dr Davis at Davis & Dingle Family Dentistry changed my life with an amazing dental implant transformation. I haven't truly smiled in 20 years and now, I can't stop smiling. If you are nervous or afraid of getting dental work done, this is the place to go. The entire staff is amazing, the professionalism and genuine concern given to their patients was refreshing. Just horrible! My dentures were improperly made. When both are in place, they clack, the bottoms dig into my lower front jaw line irritating and causing sores. Ike says there's nothing else to do besides expensive implants which insurance will not pay for. Never going back!

Professional and prompt service. The hygienist always provide helpful tips! I never feel like I am being pressured to get unnecessary work or procedures done.

I've been a patient at Davis & Dingle since 2018 & they've never missed the bar. My hygienist who has been caring for my teeth when I come in for cleanings was out today and I had the privilege of sitting in the chair of Ms. Corliss! 10/10! She was amazing and very personable. Even with having braces, she made sure that I was comfortable and made sure that my experience was well worth the visit! Dr. Davis is bomb too! Love this staff/team!

This was the most enjoyable tooth extraction I have ever had! Dr. VanDam was gentle and kind and Amber was a rockstar. They even played some Erykah Badu to help me relax Definitely my dentist for life!

I love going to this dentist office. All of the staff is kind and very friendly. You always leave with a smile on your face. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service care from the entire staff! All the staff I encountered were very nice! I was in and out on time. Jerome Harper, the hygienist, was gentle and thorough. Dr. Davis was personable and expeditious, and the front office manager was very kind and professional. VERY clean office, good location, and all COVID-19 protocols were in place! Actually, they went above and beyond.

Friendly office staff, very thorough and excellent service! I learn more about tooth care every visit. Love them!

5 stars! My experience from the 1st phone conversation was pleasant. The atmosphere is calm, peaceful and the staff members are nice. My anxiety was high but Dr. Dingle and Marsol calmed me down and kept reassuring through the whole process. This has been the best dental experience ever.

Dr. Anny Van Dam Zalense is a consummate professional who is kind, caring & compassionate; she is very knowledgeable, proficient & has patience to the moon and back. During my first appointment, Dr. John Dingle performed the very best dental work on me that I have received during my seventy four years of life. His excellent bedside manner was very relaxing and his concerned approach set me at ease. The appointment came through a card that I received in the mail, my online investigation and a personal acknowledgement of how much a previous patient thought of the practice and his abilities.

Every member of the Davis and Dingle staff that I communicated with proved to be friendly, inviting and competent! This was my first truly painless dental visit and the pill that I took before leaving was the only pain killer needed after the extensive procedures. It was the most expensive 10 minute appointment ever. As a Veteran, no discount I wouldn't reccomend. Then icing on the cake they made me a follow up appointment which I didn't keep because I moved out of state and they had the nerve to send me a bill for a missed appointment that I actually had forgot about. i guess we'll be in court, anything to make a buck.

I expected to get tooth extractions today but they was able to restore one of them. He was very kind and gentle during the procedure and the entire staff is great. It feels like family. Love this place.

The best dental experience I've EVER had! Staff is friendly and welcoming, Dr. Davis is patient and gentle. I came in crying because I was in so much pain. I was terrified to get a root canal. Absolutely painless from beginning to the end. I honestly can't express how amazing this experience was. I'm no longer afraid to come in.

Good dentist, very thorough, nice staff, clean office, and a periodontist on site to boot. You had me at periodontist is on site lol. Didn't like their partial that they made me so I had to go back to ATL to have it remade the way I like it, but for general dental and periodontal care they are great. They could improve on their wait time. Dr. Dingle is a smart Alec but I like that about him.

I have no qualms about Davis & Dingle. All of the staff seem to be friendly and actually enjoy their work. Recently when I went, Dr. Davis was taking longer than usual with another client so the hygienist asked if I was fine seeing another dentist on staff in order to reduce the wait time. I appreciated that care and concern for my time.

Dr. Davis is hands down the best dentist I've ever seen. He recently did a root canal on me and I felt no pain at all! The staff was friendly and the office was clean and well equipped. I highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs!
