I couldn't believe how wonderful everyone was. It was my first time there, and they treated me like they have known me for years. Everyone was kind. I was given all my options to think about. I felt respected and my care was individualized especially for me. I didn't feel rushed. A lot of businesses need to go take lessons from this staff on how to treat people! I just didn't expect it because unfortunately, people are not treated very well these days. I felt welcomed and not like a "burden " to anyone. It just made my day.

Dr. Mark and his staff are amazing. From the receptionists to the administrative people, the hygienists and the doctors. They have always been friendly, compassionate, and caring in their treatment of our family. The quality of their work is a result of continuous learning and embracing the newest technologies. We feel so lucky to have found them 25 years ago!

I always have a great experience at Brodhagen's. I have had some serious issues that first Dr. Mark and now Dr. Shayna have been working on with me. They are very reassuring and beside me all the way, and they explain everything thoroughly. It's been a long road (and will continue to be) but I feel safe and comfortable with them and with all of the staff at Brodhagen's. They go out of their way to make things work for you. I've been a patient there for 13 years now, and I will stay there. I've never had the desire to go elsewhere.

I'm not a fan of Dentists due to a horrible experience as a child, but I was uber impressed with this clinic, staff and Doctor. Explained everything, made sure I understood, were super friendly and accommodating, made me comfortable immediately and that's no small feat. Also convinced they are on top of the best and latest technology. Can't say enough
