This review has been long over due! I have been a patient of Dr. Jeong for over 10 years now, and I have nothing but great things to say. Right from entering the lobby to check in, all the way to the end of my visits I am always ensured that I am welcomed, made comfortable, and left extremely satisfied with my overall dental care. Over the years, I've had tooth fillings/crowns, a dental implant, teeth whitening and Invisalign done and It's because of his great work that I have built so much confidence with my smile and which I could not have been any more happier with! Dr. Jeong certainly pays A LOT of attention to detail, is very honest, and listens to any concerns you may have.

He makes sure you have the BEST care possible, and I couldn't ask for anyone better! Not to mention, the staff here is super friendly and professional, and his office is always kept clean and tidy. Technology here is also up to date and top notch! I will continue to see Dr. Jeong, and highly recommend him!

Everyone is very friendly, kind and most of all understanding when it comes to what they patient needs and wants. In addition to that, everything is kept clean, organized and tidy. The orthodontist does a great job with your teeth. I highly recommend coming in to get your teeth done. :

I have been a patient of Dr. Peter Jeong sicne 2006. Since the first day I stepped in his office I felt welcomed his assistance Are very friendly and I'm very happy with all the work he has done for my wife and I. I love how he is modern and all the tools he has he's up-to-date with everything. what helps me out the most is that he is open on Saturdays.

I highly recommend avoid going here. One day, I asked the doctor to pull out one of my teeth. In the course of the procedure, my tooth got broken and the tooth's root has remained. And then, he said he can not remove the root because he needs some special tool but the tool in under repair. He then just called for another doctor and forward me to him.

I had to drive to the new doctor's office with my mouse anaesthetized. I don't understand how the doctor could accept a patient in such a unprepared condition. And also, in the course of pulling out the tooth, he had me take 3D x-ray scan on my whole face without telling me that is needed. I don't know why I had to be exposed to such a high-density x-ray just for pulling out one tooth. Later, I found out that he charged the x-ray cost on my dental insurance plan without telling me Perhaps, he didn't tell me because he would have thought I wouldn't notice as there is no patient's cost.

I drove from SF to Crystal Dental to fix my broken tooth. Dr. Jeong was so friendly and professional, He fixed my cavities pretty good with an affordable price. I will go back to him again if I have any other problem in future.

I've always hated my teeth and despised going to the dentist. Enter Dr. Jeong and everything changed. My best friend recommended her dentist, so I decided to check it out. I've been at my previous dentist ever since I was a toddler, but quality has been different there. Anyways, I've been to Dr. Jeong for almost two years. His office is always clean and everything seems pretty high tech. I'm always greeted with a warm welcome and never had to wait more than 10 mins for my appointment.

I decided to fix my smile with Invisalign and couldn't be happier with my choice with Dr. Jeong. He's super patient with me with this process. I highly recommend him! My sisters and I all go to him for all of our dental needs!

One of my friends recommended this place, so I went here yesterday for the first time for a general check-up and whitening. I was really impressed how Dr. Jeong cares about patients. I've gone to see many dentists, and he was the first one to do the cleaning by himself, not by hygienists. I had expected to get X-rays of my teeth, but in addition to that, Dr. Jeong took multiple photos of my face and teeth so that he could see if there is a problem with my oral structure. And he answered my questions very thoroughly. Although it took almost two hours for all the check-up, cleaning and whitening, I am really satisfied with the results.

PATIENT BEWARE! NEVER go to this dentist, Dr. Jeong. Indeed, he seems to have very advanced x-ray technology and digital equipment. However, that does not make up for the fact that he is a BUTCHER. I have never been to a dentist that continues to drill after a patient repeatedly tries to scream stop because they are in so much pain. BUTCHER! You are warned!

Dr. Jong and his staff are great. I'm came with my son because he has really bad headache and a friend recommended to me, he found the problem, my son really like going to his office, he love be in the dentist chair for the massage, the doctor always answer my son's cuestion and do his job professionally and you receive top service from the dentist and staff. Definitely, I recommend anyone to this office who is looking for a professional job

Great new location next to Peets Coffee. Everything is brand new. Dr Jeong always impresses me with his latest dental gadgets. His latest is a massage dental chair. If you feel uncomfortable, you can ask to turn it off. Otherwise, a very relaxing and great time filling my cavities and cleaning.

This review is for the receptionist who answered the phone. I called to ask for details and make an appointment about a current Groupon I was in the process of purchasing. The receptionist just said they are no longer affiliated with Groupon, and when I told her I was currently looking at the site she just hung up on me. So very rude! If they are no longer accepting clients from Groupon they should not be on the site.

Dr. Jeong and his staff are great! They are both professional and hospitable. I came here with my boyfriend through a referral and was warmly greeted by the receptionist! While I was filling out my paperwork and attending my appointment, my boyfriend was able to watch Netflix in the lobby! The office is modern and all the equipment was high tech and new! Dr. Jeong and his assistant were friendly and open to my concerns the entire appointment.

I felt very comfortable and relaxed during my appointment. Previous dentists I have gone to hassle you with all the work that needs to be done on my teeth right away. However, Dr. Jeong made me feel at ease and acknowledged myself with with procedures that were priorities and which procedures that were not as urgent. I definitely recommend anyone to this office who is looking for somewhere clean, professional, and inviting!

I had a great experience at Crystal Dental! When I first came in, I was greeted very warmly and felt invited by their staff. It was my first time there so I had to fill out a few forms which were quick and easy. While doing so, I was even able to watch a show on Netflix. I had to have a cavity filled and was not looking forward to having to get a shot (who does?), but when it was time to start, I was greeted by Dr. Jeong and he made me feel at ease.

All his equipment looked really high tech and up to date; more up to date than other dental offices that I've been to. Apart from having such a nice office and a really friendly staff, the reason I give this place 5 stars is because having my cavity filled here was the least painful experience I've ever had! I would definitely recommend it!

Dr. Jeong is not to be trusted with children! I saw him once last year and ignored other yelpers and took my kids to him anyway. This afternoon, my daughter had a few major concerns in the way of decay and cavities. So, we decided to proceed with one filling and pulling one out completely. As she was in the chair screaming and writhing, I told him to stop lying and saying he was just "Cleaning" her teeth, but drilling, and then the extraction was a virtual nightmare.

I asked for gas, and he just completely dismissed me saying, "she doesn't need it." Well, after the trauma he put her through, she never wants to see a dentist again, even if all her teeth fall out. Then, after cleanings for myself and sons, we are scheduling another filling for her, and fillings for me, and she is rubbing her face. I ask for a prescription for later and possibly tomorrow, and he blithely refuses. 'Again with his assertion she doesn't need anything else. REALLY?

You just pull someone's tooth out and they should be fine, no problem. Crank her mouth wide open and drill for 20 minutes, should be fine. Why don't we do a few more teeth while you have the pliers out Doc? Afterall, should be fine! As sure as I write this, if you are a parent that wants your children to have a positive experience at the dentist office, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO SEE DR. JEONG! If I could take this day back, I would. Unfortunately, the trauma is done and it's too late for me.

What can i say, THE BEST dental office in town. They have the best dental equipment. I never like getting shots as a kid and that stayed with me till now, but with Dr. Jeong he has a new system that is painless. I didn't even know that he gave me a shot. I take my kids for extractions and they don't even know that their tooth was pulled out until they handed it to them.

This was a very funny experience. After pulling the tooth, Dr. told my son, "we'll do it next time okay?" and of course my son would say, "okay" with great excitement because he had no idea his tooth was already pulled out. When they gave him his tooth he didn't want it because he thought it was someone else's. This office is great! I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

The ONLY dentist I'll go to. I'm one who doesn't like going to dentists! But I'll go to Dr. Jeong! Very professional. Very friendly staff! I send all my family and friends to Dr. Peter Jeong!

So it's been over a couple of years since I've been to a dentist, so I was out of the loop on what a dentist office looks like or feels like. The last image I had of a dentist was a waiting room with a small tv and a couple of examination rooms. When I walked into Dr. Jeong's office, was I in for a surprise. Once you walk in, you're welcomed into a nice calming waiting area, that has nice leather plus sofa's along with a large LCD tv to watch while waiting.

Once you get in, he has individual exam area's that have its own LCD tv for both entertainment and dental needs. He is able to do digital x-rays and display them right in front of you, so you can get first hand look on what's going on with your teeth. Dr. Jeong is professional and very classy. I have to say, you receive top service from this dentist from the time you walk into the dentist. Don't believe me, check it out for yourself.
