Our team consists of dedicated individuals who are kind, friendly, and caring. Our staff is here to ensure a pleasant experience during your visit to our office. Our team includes experienced and energetic people whose goal is to communicate well with our patients and provide the best care possible.
Dr. Shahamat has been practicing dentistry in Columbus since 2001 and has been through several post graduate courses in different fields of dentistry since receiving her D.D.S. degree. Her emphasis on patient comfort as well as keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry enable her to provide her patients with the best quality of care in the field.
Our office is conveniently located on Bethel Road and is accessible via all major roads. We are proud of our office, which fully utilizes state of the art equipment. We have a modern sterilization system that surpasses OSHA requirements. The source of water for our dental units is distilled water (bottled water), which removes any chance of contamination from regular tap water like that used in most dental offices.
Dr. Sheila Shahamat is a trained, experienced CEREC dentist since 2007 and has restored more than a thousand teeth with this technology. CEREC by Sirona Dental Systems is the world's only system in which fabrication of all ceramic dental restorations is completed in one office visit. With CEREC at your dentist's side, you can be in and out in a single visit with a permanent, all-ceramic crown, onlay, or veneer! For you, the patient, this means fewer injections, less drilling, and less time out of your hectic schedule.

Great service! Everyone in there is so nice and the doctor really does know what she's doing. What I really like is that they strive to get the perfect outcome every single time. They explain everything to you so that you understand the issue, and they show you your x rays to give you a visual. I also really like how the staff goes to each other or the doctor for help.
They don't just 'wing it'. Everyone is super supportive of each other there and it really shows they want the absolute best for their patients. I had a procedure done last year here and to this day I have no problems at all. Highly recommend!

I am not a big fan of the dentist at all. After visiting Dr. Sheila for a filling I must say that she and her office staff are amazing. She made my experience with the dentist a great one. I will not be visiting any other dentist but her moving forward. Thank you for making this a great experience for me!

I went to my first appointment here, a routine cleaning and exam, and Crown Point was very good. They took care of getting the x-rays from my previous dentist without much required from me. In addition to the cleaning, they also checked out a new sensitivity that I reported with my teeth, checking if anything seemed amiss and providing me with info and dental products to help address it, even though the teeth themselves seemed fine. That is to say, they're responsive to patient issues.

My family and I have been going to Dr Sheila for over five years now. The staff at Crown Point Dental Care is outstanding, from the ladies who work at the front desk, to staff who clean teeth and assist with filling cavities, to Dr. Shelia herself. By far my favorite dentist to date! So pleased with my experience here. All of the staff from Dr. Sheila to the front desk are so friendly and helpful. I typically hate getting my teeth cleaned so knowing that my experience will be pleasant coming in to my appointment makes the whole ordeal a little less stressful.

Dr. Sheila gave me my smile back. So happy with the outcome she is definitely a perfectionist when it comes to making sure your smile as perfect as can be. She is caring, does not rush just to get your dental work done but takes the time and makes sure the outcome is to your standards and hers even if it takes a couple appointments. A great group of people at Crown Point Dental.

Amazing Dentist and staff! Doctor Shahamat has been my dentist for over ten years now. I have full confidence in her as well as her friendly staff who always make going to the Dentist a good experience.
