We have created a safe environment that exceeds all standards of excellence. Our diagnosis will be based upon a complete exam.
A comprehensive initial exam includes an oral cancer screening, periodontal disease assessment, occlusion analysis, and exploration of your teeth and existing dental work. Digital X-rays and intraoral /extraoral photographs will reveal details and intricacies not visible with a traditional manual oral exam.
Dentistry has evolved since CR Dental Group started serving patients more than 40 years ago, but Dr. Jordana Contrucci Ruiz and Dr. James Reisman have always kept abreast of the latest techniques and state-of-the-art technology. We implement many tools to create a comfortable, efficient, and rewarding experience for our patients.

This is the bestttt dentist office I've ever been to! Jordana is my dentist and she is amazing. She saved my teeth when other dentists wanted to pull them & give me implants. Candi is my hygienist and I cannot recommend her enough. My teeth are the healthiest, cleanest and whitest they have ever been. Payment is also super easy. You pay the dentist for your services, they bill insurance for you and insurance sends you a check in the mail in just a few days. If I could give 1,000 stars I would!

Absolutely the best in Dallas! This was my first time in but the staff welcomed me graciously and made me feel at ease. I was pleased with the honest evaluation I received from Dr. Jordana Contrucci Ruiz, the time she spent explaining my follow up treatment, and the attention to detail discussing my options. Highly recommend CR Dental Group. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Dr. Reisman was great for a number of years, but he hasn't kept up with technology and now it's clear why. He's announced he's selling practice. It's been a gradual decline in quality including his loss of longtime dental assistants. His mode is pay up front and they file insurance claim but never follow up so after initial denial by dental insurer the patient ends up paying the whole amount. Staff are always friendly, just not competent.

Update: Crown failed early. Dental crowns should last 10 years at minimum. Six years later, I'm fronting the equivalent cost of a 10-day yoga vacation in Hawaii to have Dr. Reisman's crown work redone. My insurance won't cover it due to the quick failure of the restoration. The only other crown I have had? 27 years. It's not my chemistry or mastication causing the failure. To be fair, I didn't call Dr. reisman's office to ask them to have the failed one redone six years later, but I live in another state now.

Would highly recommend Dr. Reisman and his staff. Everyone is friendly from the ladies at the front desk to the hygienists. Super thorough and quick. I love that they have early morning appointments. It's so much more convenient for me to go before work. Also, I never feel rushed through my appointment. If I have a concern, they always take time to address it. Would definitely recommend!

These people are like a mechanic that attempts to take advantage of vulnerable people. And actually, worse than a mechanic, because this office used the fears of a pregnant woman harming her child to try and obtain an additional $300 of unnecessary future treatment (cleanings 4 weeks after my initial cleanings). Stay. Away! The dental hygienist also gave me a hard time for working through my pregnancy, before giving me different advice than the dentist (dentist said I was in good shape, but the dental hygienist told me I needed to have additional cleanings in 4 weeks for $300 with advanced laser therapy or else my child would have a low birth weight, and that I was already putting my child at risk).
After leaving and researching, I found out the "need" for this additional treatment was untrue. Also of note, my initial, more detailed review was removed after it was reported (anonymously) as being made by a third-party.
