Kindest staff and doctor! Highly recommend doctor Creech. She is kind, gentle and very knowledgeable. If you have any fear or embarrassment of going to the dentist they will be taken away by doctor Creech and her staff! It starts with the incredibly kind and calm Vanessa when making an appointment. So fortunate to have such and amazing dental office in our valley!

The dental exam was fine. I needed root planning, had a cavity and a broken tooth. They said they needed to check with my insurance. 3+ months later they called and said my insurance didn't pay enough and refused treatment. My insurance said they were a preferred provider. Now I have to find another dentist.

Unfortunately I've been spoiled by Dr. Creech! I saw for several years and then went away to college. For awhile I could schedule my trips with home and my dental appointments but eventually that became impossible. It's been several years and I have yet.to find a dentist as compassionate and thorough as Dr. Creech. Just last month my boyfriend needed a procedure and he was anxious.about it. My first thought was "I wonder if we could coordinate a trip and have him see Dr. Creech." Keep in mind we now live 500 miles away!

Still receiving the best care from Dr. Creech and staff! I had an appointment scheduled of course right when the first shelter in place order was issued in 2020. When we were allowed to go back, I went in for my annual cleaning. The staff was courteous and everyone there was clearly educated on COVID safety. Won't lie and say I wasn't nervous seeing a dentist during the pandemic. I was so relieved and put at ease seeing they were taking an abundance of caution. Unless I move, I will never use another dentist! Thank you, Dr. Creech!

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Creech and her staff. I've never had such a gentle dentist (except my father in law) and am so impressed with how informative they are. Each time they go in your mouth to do something they tell you what they're doing and what to expect. I've had multiple crowns and cleanings done here (and many other procedures in other dentist offices. I have bruxism and TMJ which causes a lot of issues) and I'm always impressed with the service and treatment. Office staff is kind, efficient and informative.

Dr. Creech is amazing. My son had an accident where he knocked out his front tooth and Dr. Creech came in after hours on a Saturday to help us out. Great bedside manner. Amazing and kind woman, great doctor.

Do you really want to know about my dental problems? Probably not, so let's just say Dr. Creech is someone I would highly recommend. I have had a lot of issues with really bad dentists in this area (including one who dropped a crown down my throat. He then gave me gloves so I could go trough my bowel movements to find it.) It took me 2 years to find a decent dentist, but I finally did.

Our family recently switched from Dr. Melanie Asnani to Dr. Cynthia Creech. Asnani is out for the money only and is dishonest. Creech is very caring and easy to talk to. When I went in for a broken cap, she waived the office fee. I actually look forward to going back. Her staff is fun and friendly.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I started going to Dr. Creech because she was close to home and offered appointments after 4pm. I had been with the same dentist for about 30 yeard before seeing her. I am a new patient and she makes me feel we have been friends for years. She is thorough, kind, very gentle and truly wants the best outcome for her patients. Debbie at the front office is great and compassionate, as well. I am a huge fan and cannot recommend her enough.

Our family used to go to Dr. Creech until we moved away from the area. This is a kid-friendly dental office. There is a play area filled with toys in the waiting room and a treasure box for the kids after they do a good job for their dental visit. My son had a great first dentist visit with Dr. Creech when he was two. The dental hygienists are always very gentle and thorough with cleaning.

Front desk is always friendly and helpful at explaining the charges and scheduling/rescheduling appointments. Billing is always on point. There was never a wait when we came in. Dr. Creech also helped create my beautiful smile. I have gotten so many compliments. She was very particular about the shape of the crown for my implant; she shaped it and shaped it until it was a perfect match to my other teeth.

There was a minor incident when she was screwing my crown on. The screw snapped off but she was able to take out the broken screw and restart the process in no time. She still gave me 3 complimentary sets of retainers as a courtesy of that minor incident. Make sure to get your appointments ahead of time. Dr. Creech and her team are so good, so they are booked about 6 - 8 weeks ahead most of the time. But they are always able to make room for emergency visits. We had a great experience at this office. If you're looking, this is it.

Dr. Creech is the best dentist I've ever had. The hygienists Samantha and Amanda are good too. Expertise, professionalism, along with a gentle touch and explaining what was going to happen every step of the way went far in calming my nerves. And Debbie at reception is as sweet and helpful as they come. I'm actually not dreading my next visit in 2 weeks. and that is a first for me with any dentist!

Updated, I have been seeing Dr Creech for dental care for four years. She is an excellent doctor, her staff is professional and the upgrades to the office look amazing. She also has a sweet friendly dog that lives in the break room.

While Dr. Creech is very gentle, I have never had so many issues with fillings falling out, crowns not fitting, and dental hygienists with a lack of competence. I just got another dentist, frankly not even highly rated, but the issues he found and repaired made me wish I'd switched years ago. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Dr. Creech is great. I have been to a lot of dentists throughout the years and she is by far the best! She is not out for the almighty buck. If it can wait she is not chomping at the bit to do a root canal and charge you an arm and a leg. Office has up-to-date technology, the staff is friendly and great, and Dr. Creech is just a sweetheart. I would say that even people with dental anxiety would be wise to choose her because she is so calm and relaxing. She will listen to you and do what is necessary for any situation.

Cynthia is a great dentist. I had a work accident and needed lots of dental work and she was so quick to get me in and set up a treatment plan. Very accommodating throughout the whole process. Debbie at the front desk is great! To sum it up, it's never hard to get in on semi-short notice, the staff are very friendly, and Cynthia herself does great work.

I am not afraid to go to the dentist anymore! I'm writing this after my second crown by Dr Creech, and all I can say is that it is hard to imagine what could have gone better. The staff is very friendly and competent, they make sure you are comfortable, tell you what they are doing. They also have very convenient hours (they have some 7am slots) for us with long days at work. I fully trust them with my teeth.

I'm sneaking up on senior citizen status, so I have had lots of dentists. Creech is by far the best I have ever had. First, the technology is up-to-date (right down to instant x-ray imaging on computer terminals). Second, the entire staff is competent and kind. Dr. Creech herself is as gentle as they come (so far she has done a filling and a crown, and I experienced no pain, discomfort or agitation).

Here is the kicker. I have had trouble with dental anesthetics for ages. I routinely walk away from dental appointments with headaches that keep me from working. I mentioned this to Dr. Creech (as I had to other dentists) and she picked a drug and a dosage that let no side effects. In fact, I am typing this have left her chair moments ago with a still-numb cheek. In short, if you are in the San Lorenzo Valley, this should be your dentist.

As much as I detest the pain of having shots in the mouth, teeth extracted, dental work done, etc.this is by far the most patient, gentle experience in a dentist office that I have ever had. And not only would I go back I have another appointment in a couple weeks.

Review is for phone calls only: My boyfriend and I just moved to the area literally a month ago. We had an emergency and called to see if they would fit us in. I was explaining the situation and she asked to call me back (no worries at all). She did indeed call me back 20 minutes later - however it was just to tell me that they don't have any appointments available today.

That was fine as well. she told me to call Felton Dental because not many dentists are open on Friday, fine as well. Then I asked if we could make an appointment for Monday just in case no one can see us today. that when she turned rude "we don't make maybe appointments just so you might be able to come in". Like whatt, lady I just told you we have an emergency situation - why are you being rude? Like ok. oh well. I found a much better dentist office that was understanding and very sweet.

My son needed long overdue Dental work, so we took him to see Dr. Creech. Wow was I impressed. She has a great front office staff, Debbie, which gave me a speadsheet of all treatment needed and the costs involved, especially my part. Her assistants, kept my son calm and relaxed during each of the many times he needed to be there. His attitude about her services improved with every visit to the point of me not even needing to be there.

He actually looked forward to his visits. Back to Dr Creech, she was really great with him and even offered at no extra charge to personally handle even his really overdue teeth cleaning. She was really great at giving him all the shots he needed as he did not even need nitrous after the first visit. His teeth are now almost perfect after years of neglect, and Dr. Cynthia Creech and her staff deserve many kudos.

Dr Creech has been my dentist for 4 in a half years and she is an amazing Dentist. She has help me from cavities, to root canals, to give me a million dollar smile. She always giving great explaining for the treatment I needed and she never made me feel bad for not doing it sooner. Dr Creech is very knowledgeable in what she is doing, and has up to date equipment.

Her staffs are also amazing, very friendly, and always know how to put me at ease. The office is really clean with a modern feel in the hills of Santa Cruz. She is one of the best dentist I ever had, and because of her and her staff, I look forward to see the dentist and not fear it.

Be warned. I had fillings done about a year ago and my teeth still feel gritty from where she put the fillings. I asked her to fix this and she filed my teeth down so far on one side my bite is now uneven. The excellent dentist I went to after(Dr. Vainer in San Jose) said I didn't need the fillings in the first place, and that she would have failed a test in dental school if she had put them in like that. I only gave 1 star because I couldn't put zero. I now have to live with her mistake forever, and strongly advice alternative dentists.

I was Dr Cynthia Creech's patient for around two years. I do not trust Cynthia Creech's billing practices. I have dental insurance that covers two cleanings per year. However, during my past two appointments I have had unscheduled procedures done in a way that I could not deny the services, and then I was billed for those procedures and told that my insurance company would not cover the costs.

The first event unfolded as follows: I showed up for my scheduled cleaning. When I sat down in the chair the hygienist told me that Dr Creech wanted me to have x-rays done. I said that I did not think my insurance would cover it but the hygienist gently insinuated that they were going to be done. Basically, I was put in a situation where either I let the x-rays happen or I had to have an uncomfortable conversation.

Sure enough, my insurance company did not cover these x-rays because these particular x-rays are only covered once every five years. On my next and last visit I showed up for my scheduled cleaning. When the cleaning was done, the hygienist told me Dr Creech was going to take a look at my teeth. I didn't think anything of it. Dr Creech spent about 3 or 4 minutes looking at my teeth after the cleaning, and I left the office.

I got a bill in the mail for her time. Dr Creech called it a periodic oral evaluation. When I asked that her office waive this fee since I had never requested the evaluation in the first place, they informed me that it was my responsibility to know what procedures were not covered by my insurance company. Fair enough. But am I also responsible for knowing when they are going to perform an unrequested procedure?

I called my insurance company to file a grievance, and they informed me that a dentist needs to tell his or her patient that a procedure is going to be performed, particularly if that procedure is above and beyond the reason for your appointment. Dr Cynthia Creech may very well be an honest dentist. However, I personally do not find her business to be honorable and I strongly distrust their billing practices.
