The staff at Gladwell is truly one of a kind! I love how efficient and knowledgeable everyone here is especially Chloe! She was nothing short of fantastic and quickly answered any questions I had in a professional and efficient manner. I would 10/10 recommend Gladwell Orthodontics!

Gladwell Orthodontics is a wonderful place. All the staff is very friendly. They had a wonderful carnival this past weekend and I'm so glad we went and really enjoyed it. Special thanks for Elizabeth who works there for helping us. She is awesome. My daughter had so much fun this weekend. I also think it's wonderful that the event was completely free so anyone could enjoy.

I chose this orthodontic office for Invisalign due to knowing Dr Gladwell and entrusting him with my care. I started my Invisalign treatment Spring of 2018 and finished Spring/Summer of 2021. I went into treatment feeling confident in this office and the care they provide. I also openly informed Dr Gladwell that I am a military spouse and because of that we moved around often. so I'd have to travel back and forth and not have "normal" routine checks which is why Invisalign was recommended for my treatment. Dr Gladwell said this was totally fine and doable. However, towards the end of my treatment I was threatened by one orthodontist there that told me if I didn't get my Invisalign off soon then I'd have to pay more money.

I told Dr Gladwell about my experience and he didn't seem to care. I requested not to see that specific orthodontist at my next visit. Since Dr Gladwell's schedule and my own schedule often differed, I had to see other providers. I ended my treatment with, once again, a different provider. I was not ready to stop Invisalign and I am still unhappy with my teeth.

Almost a year after getting them off I still have gaps between my teeth and food gets stuck there often so it's very annoying. My molars also do not touch so all my biting force is focused on my premolars. I feel as though this office and Dr Gladwell is more focused money and expanding rather than patient care. Due to my specific life circumstances communication with me from office staff is subpar.

I'm often calling asking for updates once they promise to call back. I do the subscription program to get new trays every 6 months and I have yet to receive new trays after 8-9 months. I am just overall disappointed and dissatisfied in my teeth, this office, the care, and the communication. I seem to be the odd ball out with the bad review considering they have a 4.8 on google reviews, but unfortunately I just do not recommend them.

My experience at Gladwell Orthodontist was nothing short of amazing! Olivia W. was awesome and very thorough. I enjoyed the friendly professional atmosphere where everyone was extremely helpful and informative. I am pleased with my care and I have confidence that I am in the best of care.

DO NOT RECOMMEND TURNED IN A SUDDEN HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE After I paid upfront over $6000. I'm a duly licensed therapist in Wake Forest. After the pandemic someone on their staff stated my son needed " SURGERY" he had been wearing braces for well over two years. I received a 2nd opinion and not only did he NOT NEED SURGERY his braces were ready to come off.

This orthodontist office tried to scam $$$ out of a single mother' became visibly very angry and would not sit in a office to have a conversation like a professional. BEWARE HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

A true 5-star business. I had anxiety for a solid decade about starting a voluntary medical process like braces. My wife recommended Gladwell for 2 years before I just HAD to do something about my bite. I can report a year later that Gladwell has given me options for billing, outcomes, and how I want to pace it. Dr. Ricci and her team have made the process stress-free and I've understood what's happening every step. I've also met Dr. Gladwell, he really seems interested in helping people enjoy their life. I'm very thankful this business exists and the employees operate the way they do.
