Great people, great service. A significant effort was made for my safety during this time of the coronavirus.

Everyone we had interaction with in this office was awesome. They are so friendly, professional, clinically skilled and reassuring. Dr. Elizabeth has a wonderful chair-side manner and the hygienists are the best. Can't say enough about this dental office. Check out their website too. It's full of all kinds of great information

They have a very knowledgeable staff. Kathy is as friendly as they come. Crystal is as beautiful as they come. They ALL great!!!

Went in there last week after not having gone to a dentist in 2-3 years because of a bad experience with my last one. Had some pretty bad plaque buildup and was more scared/anxious than usual about what was to come. Betsy and Dr. Cranford were both fantastic in keeping me calm and letting me know everything that was happening.

Great visit today at Cranford Dental! I was seen on time, which was very refreshing. My hygienist, Debbie, was very throrough and personable. Would definitely recommend this office - so professional while also making you feel like family!

Today was my first visit, and every person I interacted with at Cranford Dental was simply wonderful. My visit for an extraction could have been traumatic, but was far from it thanks to Dr. Cranford and his caring staff. I know now that I definitely made the right choice when I decided to try Cranford Dental (mainly based on location and Google reviews), and I'm actually looking forward to my next dental appointment!

I decided recently to start taking better care of myself, and one of the things I needed to do was go to the dentist. I hadn't been in many years. Instead of making me feel bad for not taking care if my teeth everyone I talked to just seemed happy I was there. My hygienist was particularly wonderful in that she understood I wanted to know everything I could about what was going on, what the plan of care would be, prevention etc.

She took more then enough time to answer all my questions and encouraged me to call with any others. I didn't come as prepared with paperwork and insurance as I should have and no one gave me a hard time about that either. This was just my first visit but I was so impressed, I am so thrilled I chose this office and can't wait to get my teeth straightened out! Thanks Cranford dental!

I came in for an exam and x-rays. I had a very traumatic experience as a child and was expecting the worst. Dr. Elizabeth was amazing!!!! She has the best personality. The dental assistants and office staff were knowledgeable and friendly as well. I will be rescheduling to have my teeth cleaned regularly. I highly recommend Cranford Dental.

Love Cranford Dental!! I've always been petrified to go get dental work, but not so anymore!! It's not fun so to speak, but y'all go out of your way to make people feel as comfortable as possible and I appreciate everyone here!! Y'all Rock!

My Experience was AMAZING! At no point was I sitting idle, the process moved along smoothly which is great for people on a schedule. Ms. Judy is perfect, she was very professional yet made me feel extremely comfortable, like I was someone familiar and I really appreciated that. You need to feel comfortable when you have someone in your personal space to provide a service.

She took the time to point out problem areas without making me feel scolded. But to top it off everything was explained and shown to me by Dr. Cranford. There are mirrors to point out areas of concern as the Dr. is examining you and they walked through all of my X-Rays and pictures educating me along the way. I am not sure of their names but the two young ladies at the front desk were very welcoming, confident and professional.

Too often today there is a lack of customer service to the point where you expect to be disregarded when you encounter any business transaction/service. This office was far from that, they were a model of what professionalism and courtesy really is, with an appropriate touch of Southern charm. Keep up the good work, you have my support!

Dr Elizabeth has taken great care of my mother and my husband's cousin! They both had dental emergencies at different times--I couldn't see them because I'm too far away--but they were in great hands! The doctors here are compassionate, intelligent, skilled, and so helpful! If you live in Rock Hill or the surrounding area, you should go to Cranford Dental!

Friendly staff and we've never have to wait out in the lobby when we show up on time! My two daughters feel very comfortable with the staff and dentist which means a lot!

I love Cranford dental. I have been a patient for two years and the staff is so warm and friendly. Dr. Cranford and Dr. Robinson always give me their full time and attention. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a great dentist.

As always, I was once more treated with tender loving care. After calling about a broken tooth, Cathy told me that although they were booked solid the next day I would be worked in. The next day It was only a short wait before I was ministered to by April and Dr. Bill quickly & expertly. Once more Dr. Cranford and his staff fully exemplified a well managed & caring dental practice. Thank you all.
