I have had several meetings regarding Invisalign, I started my Invisalign aligners 8 weeks ago and could not be happier. Never feel rushed through my appointments, always willing to answer any questions and give me full detailed explanations.

My boys had a fantastic experience at their consultations. Katie was so kind and funny and my boys absolutely loved her, she spent so much time showing them their pictures and x-rays and telling jokes with them. We left with solid treatment plans and a well coordinated schedule. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I picked this office because of the wide range of days available for appointments and their ability to accommodate me at the Port Jeff office if needed. I planned to visit two places before deciding on an orthodontist for my daughter but once I came here and met with them I knew that I didn't want to look any further. Dr. David & Dr. Justin make my daughter and I feel comfortable and are friendly, kind and knowledgeable and the rest of the staff is always an absolute pleasure to deal with as well. It has just been an amazing experience working with this team of great people. From the moment we walked in, to when our daughters braces came off, it has been great. My wife and I fight over who will take her for her appointments, that's how much we love going there.

Dr. Justin and Dr. David are kind, caring, and professional. There are other orthodontist closer to home but it is worth the extra time on the road to see this team. I feel very comfortable here. From the Dr.'s, to the assistants to the staff and the decor. This is a great office. When you call you are guaranteed to get a personably polite and efficient member handling your call. My daughter loves this place too so it's a win win. They now have all Covid procedures in place. When you arrive you will text the number you see on the door, a min or two later they text back to acknowledged you, then text you when they are ready for you to come in. When entering they check the temperatures of all people entering and face masks are a must. Plexiglass dividers are also in place.

My daughter just got her braces off after 2 years and 1 month. This in an absolutely amazing practice, I have no complaints. Dr. Justin and Dr. David are both wonderful and personable, the staff are professional, friendly and efficient. I was recommended by a few people and I will definitely continue the recommendation.

My son's braces came off today and his smile is perfect. It was a long road that started with a severe underbite which actually caused his adult teeth on the bottom to become loose. Dr. David started him out with a palate expander before he transitioned to traditional braces. He explained every step in the process and answered every question in terms we could understand.

The office is very modern with the latest technology and extremely clean - it's also very warm and welcoming decorated for every season and holiday. The entire staff is very friendly and great with the kids. Emergency visits have never been a problem either. They are also big on social responsibility and philanthropy which is nice to see from a small business. We have been very happy here as patients (I had Invisalign) and I would recommend them to anyone needing orthodontic work!

Although braces aren't fun, I truly enjoyed my time at coolsmiles. They are always professional and courteous and a fun group. If you need braces, I'd recommend them!

This orthodontic group has very qualified, attentive, and caring doctors and staff. The office we go to is the Medford Office. It is clean and conveniently located. We just started going there to receive orthodontic care, but this office has already made a great impression on us. During our first visit, we were introduced to the practice by Monica, the new patient coordinator.

She was very knowledgeable and patiently gave us all the information we needed. The doctors there were eager to meet new patients and were very personable and informative. We liked them very much and due to our friends' trustworthy referral, we signed up to receive orthodontic care from them right the way. We have received initial treatments by Dr. David Amram, and it just amazes me how easy and painless he made the process seem. We are positive that the long journey of orthodontic care will be a pleasant one because we are being treated by such a great doctor and office.

I have nothing but great things to say about Coolsmiles. When I was younger I had metal braces and that didn't really work out. It always bothered me that I had braces but my teeth still had large spaces. So my mother had suggested Invisalign now that I am older, because she had used them for herself. She recommended Coolsmiles because she loved her experience there as did I. Dr. David and Dr. Leon are gifted orthodontists who give you exactly what your looking for, great looking teeth!
