This Dental office is dishonest. They quoted a price for an implant and have decided to add another 3k on top of the quote. They continue to charge my credit card and refuse to finish the work. I have a hole in my jaw where an implant should be- and have paid for my portion - now they want more. They cancel appointments and want to charge more. Stay away from this dental office.

I agree with another person who left a review. They continue to bill my card even though I have paid for my Son's dental work 2 1/2 months ago. This is not good, in fact it's theft at this point. It's theft because I do not authorize for them to use my card nor do I have business with them at this time. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

First of all I want to let everyone know Dr. Babian is an amazing orthodontist, His assistants are amazing specially Vanessa(she's the best!) However I had to discontinue my orthodontic treatment Do To OFFICE MANGER MARIA, She had fun belittling me. Dr. Mastour didn't do anything about it, he ignore my calls, messages, and emails, so I knew I had to take action!

Before I went to their office to pick up my records and copy of my settlement, I Emailed days ahead, My emailed was ignore, I had to call in and asked Maria to please reply to my email, She gave me a date and time to pick up my records and settlement, When I got there she didn't have anything ready, it was her last time to belittle me and she knew just how to do it, so she did. Glad this over with! God is good!

I don't recommend this place. To sue your Dr. Mastour or any other Doctor, you will need to show that they didn't follow the standard of care required by the dental profession and their failure caused your injury. A malpractice attorney is the best person to listen to your situation and tell you if you have a strong malpractice claim. Who got time for that!? PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME, MONEY, STRESS, and CONFRONTATIONS.

Go somewhere else to get treated with respect, Maria charged my account for my orthodontist services twice in less then 30 days, unprofessional atmosphere.

I was very impressed with the dentist and staff. I had a very thorough cleaning done by the hygienist with no wait.

Be VERY WARY! I came here to get relief from a headache that was stemming from my gums. The dentist said it was seriously infected and needed to get deep cleaned. I am on medi-cal and the treatment would be 800$ out of my pocket and then 2000$ for a year long tissue upkeep plan. I reiterated that I was on medi-cal and not working due to health, so they asked about my credit.

I went home and took Amox-Clav875mg antibiotics I had stored for emergency. I wasnt given antibiotics from this dentist even though it wouldve been covered. I went to my old dentist (not covered there anymore) to get a 2nd opinion and he said my gums were perfectly healthy. I am now starting day 5 of the Augmentin and my bleeding has stopped and the pain has gone down tremendously. I Just saved 2800 dollars for getting a 2nd opinion somewhere else. PLEASE GET 2ND OPINIONS BEFORE DOING ANYTHING!

The staff at Community Dental are fantastic! They are professional and helpful. Dr. Mastour remembered the issues I was having with my bridge from over a month ago, with all the people he sees in a month that amazed me. Dr. Mastour was very willing to help and refer me to a specialist. This is the place to go for all your dental needs.

I was in a lot of pain and came here as a new patient, I had a horrible toothache and they were able to get me in the same day and get me out of pain. The staff was very professional and helpful. Thank you Dr. Arash

My husband and I have been going to this dental office for 10 years. Our experience with them has been okay, but unfortunately this last time that my husband went, Dr. Destler really messed up his mouth. He actually punctured a hole under my husband's tongue with a sharp instrument when he was putting in his partial. When my husband became upset, Dr. Destler's only comment was "I'm sorry.

But this happens sometimes." Are you kidding?! No remorse whatsoever, just a "oh-well" attitude! My husband's tongue was swollen for almost a week and he couldn't eat anything but soup for several days. He was also in a lot of pain. On top of all of this, he noticed that his partial wasn't fitting properly. Today he went back to get it refitted, and was told by Dr. Malik (Dr. Destler's partner) that it needed to be all redone! Again, no remorse when my husband told him what happened with Dr. Destler.

His only comment was "Sorry, but this happens. It's happened with me as well." We had given these guys a post dated check for the last payment, and thought, considering what had happened, that perhaps they wouldn't cash the check, but they went ahead and cashed it. I am totally done with this place and will never go back.
